Staying here now and it's horrible. The floor creaks all throughout the upstairs. Paint starting to chip in both tubs that was repainted. Biggest one now is roaches. Yes freaking ROACHES! I killed 3 in one day. They are not spraying these townhomes and whoever they are under contract with exterminating needs to stop because they are not doing anything but making money off of them just like the lawn crew. But thats a whole another story. We had ants in the summer and now BIG roaches. The guy came and sprayed the outside and not in the inside past summer. I blinked and he was gone without spraying the inside.

This place cost too much money for what we are experiencing. I can keep going on and on about mold from a leaky toilet that was never cleaned or other things.

Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere.

I have had renters insurance since I lived there. They keep adding their insurance of $13.50, to my rent. I have called them filled out everything they sent and they still have not taken this off my rent. I have went into the office and taken them proof and was told to send it to the Manager's email and I did that. It is still on my rent. I paid my rent.
I don't like the fact they are forcing the residents to get cable with Spectrum. I don't want cable and I don't appreciate them thinking they can just spend my money without me having a say so. You don't have to hunt me down for my rent because it is always paid on time. It is bad a nuff that I pay money for pest control and no one ever come to spray outside or in. Now you are trying to force people to pay fir cable and you are adding it to our rent. I am not happy with this place and will be moving when my lease is up.

The repair man 'fixed' the wrong toilet! As noted in the ticket, the toilet in the Master bedroom is the one leaking, and is still leaking, costing me money on my water bill! I need it fixed!

On December 26th I did what was required of me for trash service but my trash was not picked up. I had my significant take trash to dumpster because of smell that was happening in front of my area & neighbors place.

I selected an apartment, and completed the application for a move in date of 06/09/22. It's the 25th of May and I haven't heard from anyone there. I completed the application mid May. So this evening, I sent an email requesting to withdrawal my application. Definitely not a great start, so it was very necessary to move on and look at other more responsive properties.

New management is making sure everything and everyone is taken care of and everyone is happy with their homes. It was a rough start but they seem to have gotten rid of the people that didn't want to work and replaced them with professionals that care about their tenants and careers. Thank you.

Very poorly ran grant it I got denied no problem this was Sept 15th they told me it takes a month for my deposit to come back that's crazy well we are in November an I stil haven't received my deposit like I dnt have other places to look for me a place an now has moved out of town it took them 1 second to get the money but months to send back they dnt no my living situation an i need my money I've ben to the office at least 5times they say they have emailed corporate several times an they never replied I asked for corporate number an they say they dnt have it what company doesn't have there corporates number jus a bunch of bulcrap they never answer the phones very unprofessional an why they never have any answers for the customers they jus put anybody into the offices these days with no clue I should not have to keep callin or making 10trips about my money an they can never tell me anything

I've requested the original off white touch up paint for 2 years now. There was a leak in my living ceiling. It was repaired after two attempts, but the water leak discoloration is still quite noticeable. I offered to do the touch up myself. I just need some of the original paint. I'm still waiting. I've been here 12 years and love the residence and have no intention of leaving this, my home.

Leasing manager was sooo sweet and easy going. Helped me get situated into my new home and made sure I had a smooth first day. Home received a squeaky clean before moving in.

I have lived at this property for over 15 years, so I have seen it all. It has at times been a fabulous community to live. It’s small and for the most part friendly and peaceful. However the last few management companies have let the property dilapidate. The trees have died in droves as well as numerous areas of bare patches of dead grass. Another area of concern is the lack of safety due to often inoperable gates and 13 of the community street lamps are out. The last property owners had put blue tape on lights that were out, I guess to mark the ones that needed replacing, however never replaced them. Individual unit garage safety lamps are out as well. As new property owners I’m sure these discrepancies were noticed before purchasing the property. Hopefully management has every intention of correcting this.
This brings me to my work order. The order was promptly corrected but had to be replaced with mismatched lamps. The new one is now nice and hopefully the whole property will have matching working ones soon. As well as matching working street lamps as well. I am including photos of some of the things I have discussed. Thank you for your time and consideration.

My air wasn't working properly and Maintenence came in a timely manner to fix it. I appreciate it, because it was extremely hot.
