WOW, from Contract To Close, With A Reverse Mortgage For Purchase 20 Days! This was a multiple offer situation 12 other offers, At least one was way over asking but it was an Investor. I called the Listing Agent to talk with her about the type of Financing my clients were doing. Many agents don't know what a Reverse Mortgage is or they completely miss understand this amazing option for PURCHASES for people 62 and over. She was not familiar with the program but she was interested in hearing about it and how my client were EXTREMELY QUALIFIED as well as it would be their last home they ever buy.
