The Ridge, College Station TX

Lived there for 1 year as an international student. After leaving the place, nobody answered any emails or the phone, they did not return any of the money of the deposit.

We lived at the Ridge for the past year. For some unfortunate health reasons, we had to move; however, their customer service was always top notch. Dominique is especially the best. She definitely made us feel a home, knew our names almost instantly, and was always available to help. Kudos to the maintenance team as well. Work orders were always completely quickly.

I have lived at these apartments for 2 years now, and I've enjoyed it very much. The floor plans are really nice, the parking is really convenient and the visitor parking is extremely close to everyone's apartments which is somethign I really liked as well, the amenities are also really great. The pool is always clean, theres free coffee in the office, free printing the trash is picked up for us on certain days of the week and the trash bins are never over flowing. The maintenance staff is super quick and helpful when a problem happens they give tips on how to prevent it or what can cause some issues. The staff is by far my favorite part of living in the apartments. They work really hard to be involved with the tenants, from planning events and give away to listening to any suggestions/complaints you have and taking them serious. Dominique especially has always made me feel welcome and heard, and I enjoy every interaction I have with her! She is always understanding and quick to offer help or get things fixed. She is really friendly, and I don't feel shy or scared to approach her at all where usually with other people I avoid approaching them for anything! I plan to stay at the ridge for the entirety of my time in graduate school!

The Internet is much much slower than in the lease and as advertise. Even though the lease says that the internet speed is not guaranteed, but 1Gb versus 150Mbps? That's a huge difference!
Maintenance was pretty slow on a few of our requests.
The gym needs a big upgrade.
Other than that, it is a nice community.

The ridge are well kept; the place is quiet, friendly, well located. The Front office staff was always very helpful and all did a great job assisting me with anything I needed

I have lived in The Ridge for five years. For the first 3 or 4 years, everything is nice and I really enjoyed living there. However, since the apartment was sold 1 or 2 years ago, the manager team has been replaced and they started to make unreasonable charges. I decided not to continue the lease and left this apartment 2 months ago. Being afraid of receiving unreasonable charges, I carefully cleaned the rooms and even shampooed the carpet, but I forgot to replace the pan trays which are around $10 values. Finally, they charged me another $148 because they need to redo the cleaning anyway. Actually it really doesn't matter if you pay an effort for cleaning/maintenance or not. I feel very disappointed about my final experience with the new manager team. The Ridge is not what it was any more.

I love living here. The team makes sure that I am well taken care of and that my questions are addressed. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs and the staff is really friendly!

I came in and toured to scout apartments for my younger brother. Besides having some of the cheapest rates around, the clubhouse and property as a whole gave off a really comfortable atmosphere. The staff that I interacted with was awesome and super informative.definitely would recommend lol

Awesome staff and location! Haley and Virginia went above and beyond to make me feel at home from the start. Maintenance is really nice and responsive. HEB and Target are only a 5 minute drive and Wolf Pen Creek is right across the street (my dog loves it). Easy access to Texas A&M for me and Blinn for my roommate.

Took and tour and very impressed. Whitney and the rest of the staff made me feel so comfortable.

Location is super nice. Took a tour with Josh he was super helpful and answered all our questions!

A great community to live in with many helpful associates. I have to highlight Anna T.her work ethic and commitment to her residents is unmatched.
