When selling our home, we enlisted the help from Dave Ramsey's ELP recommend agents and interviewed a few agents, one of which was Roland & Olivia.

We chose them over other agents for several reasons: they are knowledgeable, straight shooters with just the right amount of postive encouragement/vibes. They didn't come our home setting unreal expectations or blowing a bunch of smoke which we respected.

They called us on a set day (that we all picked after hiring them) to give updates even if they called ealier in the week with new information. We liked this- we felt involved & it provided us with a sense of being "on track". Never did I feel embarrassed or belittled if I asked the same question more than once or asked something I felt was "silly".
