The whole experience was excellent. Rudy did a great job of assessing the problem and cleaning the component to get it working properly. He explained how our antiquated system worked and the areas of that require vigilant care and other factors to be aware of. We are very happy with the service done to our heating system. I highly recommend using this company! Our air conditioner kept freezing up and we tried other companies that would temporarily fix it. This company actually did a thorough job in telling us how we can fix it permanently and now we don’t have any issues with our A/C. Only use this company!

WOW! I can't say enough about this company. I called them around 10: 30 this morning, they were here before noon, checked my ac and stated, "It was only a loose wire"! They got me up and running again in a matter of seconds and wouldn't even charge me a service fee! What an honorable company this is! I'm so glad I followed my instinct and called them! Please use them!

I highly recommend you call them…. Right now if you’re in need of any HVAC services. I know I will when further needs arise. They got me on the schedule, even after I hung up on them to rush to an emergency C-Section, and got my unit back up and running that same day! Even came back out to my house the next day to make sure everything was running properly after I expressed concerns about another issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Toby was awesome and very professional. He helped with A/C return filter selection, he checked the flow rate of the duct work and how that paired with our A/C units. I was very satisfied with the experience and expertise. I recommend The Right Way to anyone looking for help with their A/C system.

I had an air conditioner issue with my home AC. Toby (Owner) showed up on time and waited for me even though I was late to our appointment. He fixed my AC problem and saved our family. I would recommend The Right Way to anyone who needs help with their AC.

On Thursday, my AC went out, and they were able to come out within an hour of calling them. The technician was very professional and courteous. The compressor had gone out, and they were able to replace my unit by Saturday morning first thing.
