The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center reviews
17Check this place out if you need furniture. They are always adding stuff. They have sales as well for some great bargains
It was amazing loved the prices and loves the employeess they had a good attitude. Love it i will go again if i need something else for my hone
I came here yesterday found numerous vintage Victoria secret items at a 1.99! Found a cute vs pink robe for my daughter bnwt for 4 bucks.reasonable prices. Employees were nice and helpful.
Made many Calls.all day today. Will not answer the phone. Kinda hard to pay for something Or bid when you can’t get ahold of anyone. I’m not driving all the way to Texas from Georgia. To ask a question! Why even bother listing things on EBay if no one will answer their phone? Maybe someone should actually run this place instead of letting volunteers and probation folks run it.
Enjoyed shopping there and enjoyed the senior citizens discount, I'll go back for sure, I needed medical scrubs and found exaly what I needed
So many nice articles with wonderful low prices, great place to shop. Starting December 26 everything half price.
I love this place. I've found so many vintage treasures here and the clothes are super cheap, and theres always certain items that are half off.it's the only chain thrift store that hasn't sold out.a true non profit with a great mission
Clean well organized good quality furniture a little pricey but ok, bathrooms clean staff helpful and organized
One of my favorite places to thrift. If your able to make it out here on Wednesdays it is half off clothing. Bigger selection of furniture compared to the Salivation Army located in South Austin. Would definitely recommend stopping by if your in the neighborhood.
Low prices, friendly people, and a huge selection. What more can you ask for in a thrift store?
The worst customer service, I've ever experienced in my life. They should be glad that I didn't record those ignorant employees.
Me & my Mom, Niece went here today, 8.18.18, just looking around. Grrr, I SAID I was NOT going to buy anything, but PFFTT, that changed. I brought 3 prs.of pants, 5 shirts, and a dress for my Mom, a WHOPPING $17.79 ttl. Winning! I LOVE thrift store shopping!
Wish I'd read reviews prior to wasting my time. I scheduled a pickup and, after hours of waiting, they just left a note saying they weren't taking anything. They didn't even call to ask about the items that "weren't labeled" though they were obviously part of the pickup. Lazy bunch.
I love this store! It's tidy and well organized and the furniture department is amazing! I have never seen a thrift store with so much, and so much great furniture. Not to mention they're the best charity ever.
My wife and I love stopping by this location because they have a lot of furniture but lately the prices of their items are getting ridiculous and the furniture cost as much as buying it new so why buy it use. Once in a while you can find a reasonable priced item like the computer desk and chair we just purchased for out youngest daughter. I would say yes we recommend a visit even just to look you never know what you may find that it is useful and save some cash.
The good thing about this store, is that they have beautiful furniture at reasonable prices. They had a sign up for DVDs for $1.99 and BLUE RAY for $3.99. I found some Season Sets, but when I got to the register, they wanted me to pay $1.99 for each disk in the set. $1.99 × 6=$11.94-not a bargain.
I had a great visit, I experienced very good customer service from all of the employees. Special thanks to Patrick and Mark.
