PEOPLE
Will Write a review based off personal issues and out of anger.
I wouldn't bash a place that i stay at if I'm going to live
Mrs Sonya and ALL of the staff members When coming to Clean up This Place

came by door to door to introduce themselves

as i Believe Mrs Sonya is the Head in charge she personally Try to handle All issues in a timely manner

You have any issues The staff Will make follow-up calls to make sure the issues have been addressed

management has changed a lot since i've been Here but this team of People
are REALLY making a difference

when staff Stay on the premise it SPEAKS that They are putting themselves in the tenant's shoe's.

Mrs Sonya and the 3 Young Men and 2 Young ladies (The Only Reason i didn't address Them by Name everytime i go in the office i have to ask again because I'm forgetful)
YET
They are Young and Very Extremely Polite

offering activities for the Seniors, helping With food and clothing

ALL things May Not look Like The Hollywood Estate But as a tenant i Can and Do my part to make my section a beautiful Area

When Reading review's it Should be Positive and any Negative things Should be handled Properly One on One

May God Continue to Bless The Property, Staff and All Residents in ALL of Our Endeavors as we're The One's to Encourage Our Property Management

HORRIBLE! GUN SHOTS EVERY NIGHT AND NOTHING GETS FIXED BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON ON PROPERTY DOING WORK ORDERS AND QUICK TO CHARGE $100 IN LATE FEES

I wish I was able to put no stars. Roaches, Rats, No hot water most times, A/C issues, the maintenance never shows up but lies as if they’re completing work orders and the office doesn’t ever answer the phone. Save your money and don’t move here.

I'm a very happy and satisfied tenant here. The property manager Ms. Sonya does an AMAZING job managing the property. Not only is she an AMAZING property manager, she also listens and cares about our needs. Ms. Sonya also has a GREAT staff of Leasing agents. Lee, Evelyn, Dorian and X are very professional, caring and knowledgable of their business. I'd recommend my friends and family (which I have) to make this place home.

If you want a taste of hell, these apartments are perfect for you! I hope you like the heat! There’s no Ac/Heat in the unit, no hot water majority of the time, BUGS inside the apartment no matter how clean you keep it, management will text & call/send eviction notices repeatedly for small balances left on your account but does not answer the phone for any other issue & the office is always closed (No access to the workout center when the office is closed). To top it off, Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner (waiting 3 months+ for ac/heat to be fixed).

This property is one of the worsted places I have lived. The place is rat invested.always sewage always backing up.there is always a problem with having hot water.they only care about moving new people in without fixing the problem that the last tenant had like plumbing n bed bugs I have been dilling with mold rusty water no refrigerator n no hot water for months. Now the rats have taken over you make work orders n they delete them as if they fix the problem.management makes empty promises that never get addressed n her boss also has told a month ago that she would be send out contracts to fix these issues over a month ago has not happened.the marketing team has done a great job fooling people into moving hear. There aren't any working pools n there isn't any club house or coffee bar.ear

This is a great apartment in a central location. I love the renovations they are doing. Great staff and good quality units with lots of amenities.

First and foremost, if you can’t show up for a tour, a great Message would work. I drove over a hour for a tour and no one showed up, no one is answering my phone calls. I work full time plus school, this really just sucked. Bad management. Ps a great message would be “ hi there, unfortunately our tour person couldn’t come today, can we reschedule? ” Instead of ignoring my phone calls, and
Emails. Had high hopes for this place.

Been Having This Issue For 3 Months Already When I Moved In They Promissed The Same Day I Moved In I Was Going To Get A New Dishwasher Never Did Till This Day I Been Going To Complain About This Hole They Just Came And Did Never Fixed I Pay My Rent On Time For Them Not To Come And Do Their Job I Been Trying To Be Patient But I Just Dont See This Right Or Fair Cus Everytime It Rains My Carpet Just Keeps Getting Wet Cant Even Finish Putting Furniture In My Room For The Same Reason.

I just moved in two months ago and absolutely love it. If I need help and have to call maintenance. The manager sonya helped me with my work order and the maintenance did a amazing job in getting everything done fast and efficient. I do feel welcomed in making this my home.

Call maintenance a week ago now it’s been going on two weeks regarding this roach problem! Well not in months I barely have anything yet because I just moved in here and I’m very clean and they keep coming I had to buy my own materials to slow down the process of the problem but they still need to come up and when I finally got a hold of them they told me maintenance was going to be gone until the 30th so no one even hit me up and call and no one‘s even answering the phone and it’s ridiculous.

The new management team is great! The place is very calm and quiet. They are very responsive to maintenance requests and fix issues quickly.

I enjoy living here so much. The new owners and management have made some great changes and really improved the community with their renovations and upgrades. They staff are all friendly and attentive. I will be renewing my lease!

This property is great property. It is super quiet at night. The new owners have a done a great job at making this property a great community. They have spent the last 12 months renovating the property and still are working on it. The management team is great as well.
