The Shack Wings & Brews, El Paso TX

Delicious wings and great service. It was rather packed for a weekday but the food was hot and had great flavor. Kya assisted us and she was amazing!

First time at this specific location and was super disappointed. Sweet potato fries are usually to die for here and today they were burnt and HARD. My 3 year old couldn’t bite them. I ordered my 3 year old the burger combo from the kid menu only to find mold on the bread. He tried taking a bite and replied “nasty” which is very odd.
- I got wings which were decent besides the fact that a few of them had the chicken fat around them, which isn’t a big deal I could peel it off.

Management there is definitely under qualified. Would rather sit at the bar gossip with fiends, Ignore guest and staff. Spent 45 min on an “online order” that should have be ready in 20 min from phone. Definitely wouldn’t speak to a guests from across the bar. Manners and professionalism must not be a requirement to manage there. Waitress were kind and food were great! Manager brings the whole place down.

Waitresses are slow and you basically need to flag them down in order for them to attend you.

The best wings. We has the breaded wings they were really good. They also have a good selection of beers. Good environment. They have TVs with different games.

I can now compare Viscount and Zaragoza locations. Visited Viscount July 1st. Was not disappointed. Both locations have excellent service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and food. The Viscount location seems slightly larger than Zaragoza. Other than that, I praise your consistency.

Food was delicious. The lunch specials are great! Theres a small wait time during lunch but nothing hectic.

Our waitress seemed to keep forgetting about us… over and over! She would pass by and not attend to us.

We requested another beer & she kept passing by us as if we didn’t exist. (Eventually we got the beer) We requested our tab and once again, we waited for a while. Other than that, no complaints!

The food was delicious! I haven’t always been a fan of wings but now that i have been to The Shack i will always come back! Our server was Yesenia she was the sweetest and very friendly she made us feel very welcomed.she recommended a lot of good choices for me and my friends to try.i highly recommend spicy lemon pepper or the tangy chipotle.will be coming back very soon and hopefully getting her as my waitress again! (:

Loved the cajen shrimp also it was clean on Mondays they have specials on domestic draft beers and the shrimp.

Great friendly service. A little loud when music is playing and ordering an alcoholic drink might take a little long but overall nice friendly environment.

It was my first time trying out The Shack and the food I must say was really good. I recommend getting the garlic buffalo traditional wings and the sweet potato fries. Overall good service and amazing food our server was really nice and gave us the best recommendations for my family and I. Our server was Yesenia if I’m not mistaken.

Yesenia was our server and it was honestly overall poor customer service. It wasn’t busy, I asked in the beginning for sweet tea it was unsweet I wasn’t going to make a big deal I just asked for sugar packets she proceeds to bring Splenda… I ordered 1/2 and 1/2 flavors the sauce was incorrect I politely told her it wasn’t the right sauce she was very adamant it was the right sauce I’ve gotten the sauce I ordered multiple times and it doesn’t have seeds or a thick consistency and tasted completely different. She took it walked to the back came out within the minute and gave me the exact same plate and said the cooks fixed it I was surprised considering it was very fast.when it was still the same sauce I tasted the sauce it was still the same wrong one and proceeded to try and tell me it was the sauce I ordered… Writing down orders definitely helps… She was very all over the place and messed up two of our groups tabs charging people for the wrong items.

Honestly, if you come to the shack, don't expect to get good service from Yesenia. She literally never gave me back my change, so she basically tipped herself. She charged me for the wrong drinks and made me pay for them even though they weren't mine. She also didn't tell me when they closed the bar even though I had already asked her if I could switch my drink because I didn't care for it. I asked for the drink menu and she never brought it, and when I reminded her all she said was the bar is closed we already did last call.

Just overall very poor customer service, and overall bad service in general. Usually I have a good experience, so if you come and you get Yesenia do yourself a favor and ask for someone else.

I came to celebrate my birthday and my server Yessenia & all the other servers came to say happy bday & gave me a free chocolate cake! It was very delicious and i felt very appreciated.will for sure be back with friends
