They deleted my original review because I posted pictures of rats and roaches that I had to live with for a year. But to sum it up, phase 1 is horrendous, phase 2 is better and newer. Everything is phase 1 was constantly breaking down.dishwasher, ac, water. I’ve never lived in such a disgusting space to be honest. I refused to cook the whole year I was there because of the roach infestation.
