Krystal made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The inside of her studio is super clean and fresh, it is very inviting. It's really very warm feeling when you walk in. The conversation was great and she educated me on waxing and gave me tips on what to do for after care. I will definitely be back on a regular. She is truly amazing and to my surprise it didn't hurt as bad as I was expecting it to. Love the results. I would recommend Krystal most definitely!

I have tried serval locations in and around the area, and the Silk Monkey lived up to its reviews. This is the best location for Brazilian in the area hands down. Facility was clean, good sanitary practices, timely services, educational, and great communication. Recommend to anyone who is picky about their monkey.

I must say I was nervous to try a new salon for a Brazilian Wax BUT I was exceptionally pleased. I told her previously tried sugaring because it hurt less to me over the regular hard wax. She told me all she offered was hard wax and I was skeptical about it nevertheless she reassured me she wasn’t heavy handed. This was the BEST wax I have had in a very long time.

The shop is so cute on the inside. It is just her who works there so that definitely was a plus to me to know that when I booked again it would be just her instead of another waxer if she was booked. So that scored more points with me.

She also gave me tips on getting waxed, things no one has ever told me about waxing.for an example “breathing” lol I normally just hold me breath when it comes to pulling the wax off but if you just breathe during the whole process it would hurt much less. So again that also scored more points with me.

She also hold great conversation so it wouldn’t be awkward. I loved it and her. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

If you want a Brazilian, this is the best place to go. An intimate setting, so you'll feel comfortable and at ease. Great atmosphere for people that are new to waxing. Already have my 3rd appointment set up!

Krystal let me come in last minute on 4th of July as a walk in and she treated me like a regular customer. She’s super knowledgeable, kind, and professional. In one of the first convos we had I said “people never right the good reviews” and here I am in November after like my 4th appointment with Krystal finally remembering to commend her on how great she is. 5 stars for sure.

Krystal was very professional and very gentle, she was honest with me on what to expect as far as my wax went, kept my mind off the wax itself because I was very nervous and became very sweaty lol but the service was very smooth and I would recommend her to anybody honestly!

Just moved here.was looking for a good Brazilian wax. Krystal did not disappoint! On 5 October 20 I went to another place that "claimed" they did Brazilians but after my appointment there was still hair downstairs. Today, 30 October 20 I scheduled an appointment with The Silk Monkey and I'm very happy I did. Never in the 8 years that I've been waxing have I ever had the need to be waxed twice in one month. She was actually surprised that I had been "waxed" 3 weeks ago. But I was very pleased with my appointment today. I was a little nervous when I pulled up but as soon as I walked thru the door I was pleasantly surprised. The place was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Krystal was very nice and professional. I appreciate her taking the time to thoroughly sanitize not just the bed but the room after each client. More importantly, she removed EVERY hair, like sphinx bald.exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the end result. I would absolutely recommend her, and she will be my ONLY wax lady while I'm here in Killeen. Ladies, you will not be disappointed trust me!
