I used to love this place until the whole staff changed! If I could give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist was extremely rude, nobody was caring. I have a lot of anxiety about dentist and they made it worse. I'm switching dentists to see someone that is kind and caring. I don't mind paying for my exam and xrays out of my pocket.

You were terrible, the was good, the doctor heartless, never again, I went for a tooth extraction only and they x- rayed all my mouth which they charged for I did not ask for that and then he said I would not be able to get tooth extracted and wanted to send me to another side of town especially in the pain that I was in

The office was very fast and clean the assistants - Cassandra, Nadia and Desiree were fast and efficient and Alex the hyg lady was great had no pain and even though she was on her scooter she was so professional and efficient

I had a great experience, cassandra was awesome, even though she looked pretty busy doing a million things she never forgot about us, checks in regularly made me feel very comfortable and that we were in great hands, will be recommending you guys to all my friends.

Was seen right away, all the staff was very nice and very helpful, would 100% recommend the smile center! Adriana the dental hygienist was a sweetheart and helped in every way should could.

The waiting room seating was thread bare and dirty appeared. I didn’t feel like I was worth the trouble to be a patient. The only saving person was the hygienist. The way the treatment plan dictated I felt the staff left

Myself into returning and scheduling the cleaning … then I realized the dr or the other staff wanted nothing to do with me. And that they felt my insurance was too basic to be of any use. I am thinking of checking out other center to see if This company believe its patients matter.

The Guy receptionist was the only good person in this entire office at SW Military Dr! Everyone else was rude and hateful and just overall you could tell they didnt want to even be there. The Dentist was very unprofessional! I had a broken tooth with nerve exposed had an appointment for 515 which I arrived for at 450 (their office doesn't close until 7 on Thursday). I was in waiting room which by the way was dirty and nasty. The dentist goes to walk out with all his stuff at 520 and realizes I'm there and then starts griping that it's almost 530. I finally was seen by him around 620 in which time he informs oh I can't help you with your broken tooth you will have to schedule another appointment we are about to close. So I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 11am. I get there and put in a room at 1030 again the guy at front reception was friendly. However everyone else was unorganized running in and out of patients rooms. The dentist comes in at 1130 and again tells me oh I don't know if I will be able to help you as you just scheduled this yesterday and it's almost our lunch. I told him my appointment was at 11 it's not my fault he was walking aimlessly through the halls non stop instead of seeing his patients at their scheduled appointment time. He tried blaming the receptionist that he should have never booked me a other appointment then he walks out again. At this point I am furious I had already paid for the services that he was refusing to provide. He acted as his time was worth more than mine. I went to the front desk I requested a refund. Only reason I had even went back is because I was in so much pain. The guy receptionist was very helpful in referring me to WW White Road location since I had already paid Dr B would get me in. I am thankful as the WW White location was so much cleaner and every single person was so much kinder and completely opposite of the experience I had at SW Military Drive location. If you are planning on going to the sw military location please try WW White location or any other dentist as the sw military drive location is a bait and switch. Or pretty much bait as they didn't even want to provide any service even after you paid.

I had an unpleasant experience at this location. Front office was great. Things seemed disorganized while I was having work performed. I wasn't
completely comfortable with the demeanor of my dentist. I didn't have a good experience. I believe that service is overpriced. I have work estimated to cost over $3000 for a deep cleaning. I will definitely not be returning or recommending services.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long and was very nervous. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They did an amazing job

My experience has been the best experience I've had with a dentist in my whole entire life and I'm 57 years old he is great I wish he was you in my top denture as well but I will be using his partner as well thank you so much for being part of my life and my care God bless will definitely refer you and your company and your office manager she really nice

The office personnel are unprofessional, and don't know what they are doing. They charged for "deep cleaning" and did not get the preauthorization from the insurance that would have covered this. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!

These people don't know what they're doing! No communication between clinics so you have no clear vision of your plan. Wish I had gone somewhere else! Plus they try to overcharge you. If you're looking at this place as a option. Please keep looking,!

I highly recommend The Smile Center on SW Military! Alex the hygienist was amazing and very knowledgeable! Ivy was very helpful and nice! The girls up front were very professional and the doctor made sure I didn't have any pain. I will be returning!

Someone called saying my brother LEROY Pastrano dentures were ready he needed to go to office today! I had to find him a ride and he gets there turns out it wasn't his dentures

From the beginning I got five stars from the desk ladies were great on explain what you need to know on the paper work Thank you so much
