DO NOT RENT HERE. All the managers are complete slum lords DO NOT TRUST them in any capacity. If you are to rent here, after moving out, spending 16 HOURS cleaning the place they will charge $98 FOR LEAVING "Plastic Bags" in the pantry. They will send a DEBT COLLECTION agency out for a fine you have already PAID off. YOU WILL ALSO GO WITHOUT A/C OR HEAT AS LONG AS IT TAKES FOR YOU TO THREATEN LEGAL ACTION. Police speed through this parking lot ALL the time and neighbors are loud with no consideration for others. It is trashy like KELLI.

If I could truly rate this place I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Management had a terrible attitude, major roach problem, so much noise, trash was never picked up, work orders were never answered, went without a/c for the whole summer, apartment had extreme water damage, etc… PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH SHIPPY PROPERTIES THEY DO NOT CARE!

Avoid this place. I lived here for over a year. Terrible apartments to rent. Management doesn't care about the property or anyone in it. My household went without heat for a whole month during the winter, even with multiple work orders put in and emergency maintenance calls made. Management decided to finally send someone over once I said I wanted to make it a legal issue, and was yelled at by management over the phone for suggesting so. Once our heater was inspected, they realized the people they hired to install our unit didn't install a very important piece even though management assured us it was brand new and in perfect condition. On the other hand the apartments are very noisy at all hours. This place is way overpriced. The only person who deserves a good rating here is Elvis from the front office and the maintenance men.

Lived here for 1 year. Was so happy to leave. Not worth what it costs and our rent was goin to increase more than $200/month after our first year. Our apartment smelled like cigarettes from our upstairs neighbors smoking inside. The cops were there multiple times. The pools were never cleaned. The hedges in front of our patio were never trimmed. Trash was always spread about by the dumpsters. And I just now found out 6 months after moving out that a debt was sent to a credit collector for almost $300. They never once contacted me about owing them any money. They should be ashamed.

Kellie Boss - is so rude and un helpful. She seem like she is so un happy in life. She treats people so rude and is a bully Its sad how she treats residents and as well allows tenants to live in unlivable apartments. Dont rent here, move on. Spend ya money els where. This property will not improve until its under new management. Its sad. Just like the management.

I lived here from October 2020 to September 2021. I absolutely loved Brenna, she was so sweet and helpful whenever I talked to her.

Kelli Boos on the other hand was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL from the second she began working there. I- like a LOT of my fellow Social residents- fell on hard times and applied for rent relief through the state of Texas. I had extenuating circumstances that prevented me from paying my rent- which I communicated with them- and Kelli Boos was the exact opposite of empathetic. She literally scoffed at me and said, “you better pay your rent. ”

Fortunately I was approved for the relief, IN JULY, and I talked with Kelli on multiple occasions asking for assistance with the application process: specifically the method through which the relief is paid. The complex was supposed to have a direct line of communication with the Texas Rent Relief program, and Kelli told me that they did not and that she could not help me. They literally sent the entire complex an email saying we should apply and then she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about. She proceeded to send me notices to vacate in an attempt to get me to break my lease, and stopped answering my attempts to contact her until the literal week I had to move out and become homeless.

The relief I conveniently received a WEEK after I left would have paid my back rent and about 4 months in advance. Because I still owed money when I left, I was unable to apply for any other apartment. I lived in my car for months.

Kelli Boos’ blatant refusal to help me in one of the most vulnerable times in my life lead to me being homeless. I believe that she was aware of my relief application the entire time, but wanted me out of the apartment so badly that she essentially blocked any of my attempts to remedy my situation, and actually managed to make me feel worthless while she did it.
