The Soluna Hotel reviews
11 It was nice, the people who work there are friendly.
The illegal migrant thing in El Paso right now is crazy.
There were people mulling around the lobby all night who obviously weren't staying there.
This place is great. My new go-to hotel. Two great staff members went beyond to make sure i was in good shape.
Decent price, clean, comfy. Said they had breakfast but didn’t. Very nice hotel for the price. And just minutes away from downtown
This hotel is a 7 minute drive from the airport, i have used it 4 times in the last year. 0 problems with my air, cleanliness, or anything and the hotel staff have always had my experience at their upmost priority. For the pricing and cleanliness and location i will continue to stay here everytime im in El Paso.
Easy access from freeway and clean beds and rooms nice breakfast the staff gave us plenty of towels the pool was clean but the hotel didn't work besides that yes u would stay here again.
Everything was going great until we got to our room. The hallway was extremely hot considering it was already hot being summer and in Texas. Our room was ok, but the floor was squeaking a little to loud. The tub was a little scary. Seemed that it was going to fall through the floor. Kinda sanked a little. No cold water.
Great little hotel. It was very clean, staff were friendly, and good place to stay for a low budget without staying at a rundown hotel. I gave it a 4 stars only because the security back door doesn't work, while we didn't run into any issues, it could pose a problem. Floors were creaky, and had issues with the drawers, but overall not a bad place.
First when we checked in front desk told me "it was the hotels job to profile people". He didn't want to rent the room to us when my partner who is black went in with his ID. Then I got bites all over my arms back and legs. They said they had nothing to spray In rooms for bugs or disinfectant.
VERY BAD FOR THE FRONT DESK TO TELL YOU ITS THERE JOB TO PROFILE people cuz of there skin color.
Friendly clean, efficient.
I'll come back.
50min walk to airport for those who need the exercise ;-)
They leave fully printed copies of your credit card information laying on the check-in counter. Every single guest is in a box laying there On the checkin counter completely insecure. I’m shocked. They aren’t even in a locked cabinet or locked office. No they are laying there on the counter. Fully visible card numbers. With security codes and exp dates. Clueless desk staff. I’m filing a complaint with the AG. Fails to comply with SB122. ANYONE could walk by and copy your personal data.
