My sound system was set up by soundwave for my ex husband. When I had problems they would not come service my equipment because the owner knew my ex. My personal life should not have interfered with their professional service and it shows how unprofessional these people truly are. I would NEVER recommend them because you can not count on them for reliable service

Great! Had the sub woofer i wanted in stock but not on the floor to demo. I wanted to hear it so they opened one up and took care of me then, gave me one that hadn't been opened. Great service and proper pricing. Love this place!
