Stopped by the sovereign and I loved it. It was so clean, and the staff was very friendly. Christina was great she greeted me at the door and I felt very welcomed.

I recently visited the Sovereign and enjoyed working with Jonathan. He was nice and knowledgeable. The property was gorgeous and well kept. I would love this as my next home.

I recently visited this property with my realtor, Joey Williams. I loved the welcoming environment of the staff. I met Jonathan who was absolutely outstanding! He knew exactly what best fit my needs and was very informative. Kyle was also a lot of help through the discussion. The property was clean, well maintained, and offers a great price point compared to the surrounding markets. After touring the property and viewing the amenities, I will be excited to sign for the unit I selected.

Awful place to live. Worst decision I ever made.
Kyle is very unprofessional & has absolutely no integrity with his words.
Management doesn’t exist there

Jonathan has been amazing to work with. He went over and beyond to accommodate the needs of my clients as they prepared to relocate to Houston. He was prompt and thorough, while assisting with our apartment search. I would highly recommend the staff at The Sovereign.

HORRIBLE management!
The new manager Kyle NEVER respond emails, it’s been months since the gate is been working. I have kids and don’t feel safe at all. And let me tell you that your rent will increase every year. But they tell you the opposite at the beginning so be aware of that.

Management is never available to solve any issues. I don’t understand why they had to let the other manager go.
They need someone competent.

Was able to refer a family member relocating to the Houston area. The moving process can be exciting but at the same time, an incredible nightmare. Thank you to Jonathan K for being kind and patient with my cousin during her move and even recommending things to do and places to try as she settled to the area.

I recently visited this property, and I took a tour with Jonathan. He took great care of me. The property was clean and well maintained. The manager Kyle stopped in to say hi. Nice people there. I will make a decision soon.

The Sovereign is a well equipped luxury apartment complex in an excellent location. The amenities are great and the staff are very helpful and polite.

Recently there has been an ‘issue' with the gate to the garage after it was damaged by a vehicle. The staff is well aware of the issue and I have personally spoken with an executive of the management company concerning this lingering issue. I’ve been assured the gate is to be fixed and the vendor is waiting on replacement parts for this custom gate, and like many things during this pandemic, the parts have been delayed by supply chain disruptions and bottlenecks out of the management company and vendors’ control. As an interim solution, the executive has informed me that extra security has been patrolling the garage to maintain the high level of security many at the Sovereign have become accustomed to and expect at such a residence.

I have lived in many gated communities and apartments over the years and damage to gates is common as they get hit frequently and is it not out of the ordinary to have a gate out of service for extended periods of time, especially when replacement parts are required. The combination of custom gate for this facility and replacement part delays have left the gate out of order longer than anyone would like and it is being addressed.

I am very confident in giving the Sovereign a 5 star review as their management was willing to spend over an hour of their time with me addressing my concerns, and the staff are very professional and empathetic to their resident’s needs. I can’t wait for the weather to improve to be able to take advantage of the pool.

This place is so owful!
Too much maintenance and the worst concierge.
Kyle has never replyed our e-mail.
He almost ignores what he should.
If the community want to keep the residents, the concierge team should be completely replaced.

Major Shout Out to Jonathan. He must have snuck down from heaven to work in this leasing office. He made my apartment hunt so easy and his customer service skills are A1. I love living here!

Horrible management.
And now they are worry and are asking everyone to leave a good review here.
The garage looks empty now because everyone is moving. 3 of my neighbors are gone.
This place is going downhill.

Claps to Jonathan! Recently I was looking to relocate to Houston. He has helped locate the absolute best location for me and even gave me pointers and tips on why I should choose this location. He went above and beyond and made my stress levels go away. I would highly recommend asking Jonathan to assist while moving to this beautiful property.

This place sucks! When I first moved there, the apartment were under great management. However things started to get out of control.

Kyle is very unprofessional careless. I have been calling or email him but no success.front desk alway tell me he is “busy” he’ll return my call but he never did.

The gate is always open there no security doing a proper job. I don’t feel safe at all.
Management doesn't contact you or respond unless they want something from you.

My previouse review is below however I have now downgraded my earlier 5 star rating to 2 stars. The developers have taken all of the rources from this complex and moved them to the new property they are opening. We have lost all of our leasing staff, almost all of our concierge staff, and general maintenance has gone down hill significantly. The more concerning issue however is they have allowed our garage door to be broken for a month citing cost as the issue. The safety of the residents should of primary concern, but in a zip code that has the second highest crime rate in Houston, the company has chosen to dismiss resident safety and is more concerned with the bottom line to the company. My rent has increased each year I have been here and I am now paying $4000 a month rent to a company that does not care about its residents. I am currently looking at other properties and will be moving at the end of my lease.

First of all, the concierge are the worst! It’s almost as if they go out of their way to hire the rudest staff they can possibly hire. The public areas are disgusting, you would thinking they would bother to maintain them. If you want to throw away money on what is supposed to be a luxury apartment be my guest.
