The Springs Event Venue reviews
4The facility itself is a great place to hold a celebration. My only issue and reason I gave the rating I did was the road to the facility on property was very poor.
This is a stunning venue! The staff, the facility, the food- everything about this was perfect! The pictures on the website don't even do it justice! I came here as a wedding guest, so I have no idea about pricing, but it's probably worth every penny.
Great place to have a wedding and reception party if you plan to get married this is a place I recommend
We had our daughters wedding here May 2023. We rented the Tuscan Villa and did all the work ourselves with no wedding coordinator. The wow factor of this venue is the outside. Beautiful setup for the vows and great spots for wedding photos. Inside is very large, meant for 150 people plus. We only had a 100 so it seemed a bit empty. You need a lot of decorations to fill the room. Bridal room and grooms area upstairs very nice.
Upon setting up venue I didn’t see anyone that worked there til an hour before the wedding started. Strange, we had a lot of questions but no one to ask. Our caterer Monclavos were great and recommended by the venue. We got buffet service with them providing all glasses plates etc. They set and cleared all tables. They were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend.
Here’s where the 3 stars come in
Bar service was by 3bar (you only get to choose from the 2 the venue allows) our bartender had no personality and did not seem to be excited to be there. I don’t think I ever saw him smile. We provided 6 coolers with 160lbs of ice. I was told after the vows that we would not have enough ice and needed 10 more bags. My husband missed seeing our daughter introduced into the venue because he had to drive 15 minutes away to the closest gas station to purchase more ice. For a hundred guest beer and wine only no mixed drinks the expectation is to bring 300lbs of ice. The venue has no ice machine and my heart sunk that the father of the bride missed an hour of the wedding as a result.
Security is hilarious waste of money. You have to pay for security that has been chosen by the venue. He sat next to the bar drinking water and staring out a window for hours.
Lastly I do not know the name of the women who was representing the venue but she reminded me of a high school principle. Everything she told us was what we can or cannot do at the venue. The venue provides you with a building, tables chairs restrooms and 4 walls. All else is provided by you. Linens, cocktail napkins, ice, wine glasses. When I read the contract it felt very strict and it was no joke they got a lot of rules. I paid a lot of $$ for this venue but wasn’t impressed or would recommend. My daughters happiness is all that mattered in the end.
