The St. John Apartments, San Antonio TX

Every single time I've come here, I've had to wait for another vehicle to depart in order to get in because no one ever answers the gate intercom. NEVER! I'm waiting outside the management office and once again no one is here. Needless to say, if the third time is the charm, then my third failure to ever speak to someone is my confirmation that I shouldn't live here.

Full of crybabys who hate noise because they are depressed millennial in their 30s who want other people to sacrifice their happiness just so they can have peace and quiet. Just for that alone, 2 stars.

Love living here! Staff is extremely helpful and I haven’t had any issues at all. Love the neighborhood and the restaurants around the complex! Eva’s is delicious.

The staff there are awesome and super friendly. Never had any issues. The apartments are great. The pool is even better. If I was looking to rent again I’d be back in a heartbeat.

Okay I'm not exactly sure where some of the individuals that have left their reviews got their opinion from or who they were dealing with but that is unfortunate. I say that because I did not feel looked down on and my situation was very sensitive. I felt very much so taken care of and all of my circumstances were considered and the situation was molded to fit for myself and them. I look forward to my residency and appreciate the time and attention that was taken with my application process from start to finish.

Loved it really had great rooms I highly recommend it for anyone look for a good place to stay and the staff and management were a 10 out of 10 couldn’t be more happy with my stay there

I really had a nice stay in these apartments for the time I lived there the staff was very helpful with information regarding your request for information and love the floorplans of the historic buildings

When I first moved in it was great but as more people have come it’s started to feel rundown. I’ve had issues with extremely noisy neighbors, people stealing my packages multiple times, there is constantly garbage sitting in the hallways. The front gate is never closed anymore so anyone can just walk into the complex and the pool always looks disgusting.

Probably one of the best choices i could’ve made in choosing an apartment. Completely affordable, clean and with friendly and responsive staff. I couldn’t believe how nice things like the counter tops, flooring etc where, a great extra touch that makes the whole place feel like luxury.

The St John is amazing! I’ve lived here for a few months and the property is so well maintained not just by the maintenance staff but the manager as well! I’ve seen him walk around the property picking up any trash which most managers don’t do. The entire staff is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My kids and I really enjoyed the trunk or treat get together. Thank you for making this such a great place to call home!

The st john apartments are the best place to live at my husband and i have been here 3 months and they are very nice and friendly and if you need anything they will make sure that they get it done in a quickly. I’ve lived here some months now and have enjoyed it very much. I have really great neighbors which makes living here feel that much more comfortable. The apartment is spacious and clean and conveniently came with washer and dryer. The complex recently had a Halloween festival and my kids had so much fun there. I enjoy that they care about their tenants and try their best to always hear your concerns or help you with what you need.

The apartments at The St. John are to die for! They are meticulously designed to appease the eye! Not only is the area nice but it offers a plethora of amenities. I am thoroughly impressed with how great the customer service is, Lorena was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had for living at “The St. John”.
