Great apartment complex! I absolutely love it here, and I’m now on my 3rd lease:) The office staff especially Katie know what they are doing and make it such a warm, comfortable place to live. When there is a problem and have to call maintenance, they are there with 24 hours, if not the same day!

Beautiful complex. The office workers are so friendly and willing to help with any situation. The maintenance staff are always smiling, and really take the time to show they are there for you! I appreciate and am so thankful for everyone who has made The Standard a wonderful place to live!

The Maintenance staff are professional, diligent, polite, responsible, and kind. They have a quality work team. They ensure that everything is done well.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in and they said it would be deep cleaned but it was a very light clean. I had to get a maid to clean it.

Don’t waste your money on this dump. The first apartment we moved into was infested with cockroaches so we demanded a different one. We got it but had to move to a different building to the third floor. We had to get movers for this. Parking is also a joke. We are trying to get our car registered but failed inspection and there is an expensive fix. So while we are saving money for this we get a tow notice and are told we don’t have much time to get it fixed and that they need to call the tow company for an extension. I called the tow company and they said this was the apartments decision to make not theirs. They haven’t always had this tow service, they only got it because people keep complaining about not having a parking place. (that’s what I was told by the office today). So if you want to pay an arm and a leg for an apartment that you have to park far away from then this is your place! If you are going to pay this kind of money, go somewhere else.

The place is super quiet, luxury apartments, the staff that work are very polite and solve everything quickly, they speak Spanish and English. I recommend them. I have been here for 7 months and I rented for 13 months. I like the place

Management and Staff are slow or do not answer calls and fill service requests. Property has gone down tremendously since move in 2022. The Standard has turned into trash, extremely disappointing for the amount of rent charged

I absolutely love living here for the last 5 years. The staff were wonderful. The only bad thing was parking.

I have had a lot of poor experiences while living here. I have been putting in monthly service requests and they have been treating the symptoms not finding the actual problem, or being told I just need to change my air filter more often. To no surprise my AC finally went out and it took several days for a repair. I was given one wall unit for my 2 bedroom apartment, and I have kids. Yay. Then after my AC was fixed my apartment was a place of storage for the wall unit for several days. I am very frustrated with the complex and management in general.

Update. Happened again. Called the office for that support they had mentioned and was told they are doing all they can with the wall units. It's 107 this weekend and we are getting the same old 'sorry about your bad luck' from the office. It's absolutely ridiculous that we are still dealing with this issue 6 months later. GET ME A WHOLE NEW AC UNIT!

Very enjoyable place to live the property is very quiet and relaxing the staff was friendly maintenance problems were taken care of quickly and were very rare. Great complex over all.

For me, they have always been there when I needed them fixed whatever I needed fixed and was always caring and nice. This management company is trying to do far more than the ones in the past. Thank you Katie and your team

I have been here a week and I am still sorting out what I was able to bring with me in my return move back.
So far it has been a very good experience. Everything is going well as I get settled in. A nice quiet place and the few neighbors I have met so far have been friendly and helpful to learn where things are.

Been a resident of The Standard for three years. Last year new ownership took over and has an amazing crew. The management team Katie, Nora and Olivia all have been nothing but professional kind especially when helping me and my daughter get a two bedroom apartment. The maintenance team is top notch. Arsenio and His side kick Isaias are always professional and prompt about keeping things fixed. I'm proud to live here and I thank the management team and maintenance! WB
