What a great place to live the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have a nice playground and lounging area for the adults and children the swimming pool is a nice place to go kick back and past tihe tme with neighbors

The foundation is falling, roach infestation water shuts off from 8am til 6or 7pm mail boxes broken into this is extremely dangerous to even visit here all they want is their money there's so many 311 reports on this place they're failing tremendously. Please don't move here or visit it's not SAFE

The Sage at 1955 has the best staff! Jarehany is a God send! She’s dedicated to her job. She worked hard to move us as fast and as efficiently as she could! Her positive attitude was very warm and welcoming! Me and my husband also really appreciate the property manager Tanya because she too is very kind. The property is well kept as well as the neighbors around me are all really nice. I’ve been here for 2 weeks and so far so good! I recommend moving here!

I have lived here for 3 years and the new management has truly made major changes to better the property. The new manager Joanie takes care of business for her residents. I will definitely renew my lease because of the changes and maintenance is staying on top of things.

What a significant difference from this new ownership. The park is fixed, apartments are being worked on, and the office ladies are awesome. Big changes and good changes. Thank you guys. Maintenance team, keep it up! You guys are awesome and respectful. Thank you all and God bless you

Just moved in, so far I loved the way they helped us especially the people in the front. A few bruises and scratches but everything is great. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay at and managemnet was wonderful. Joanie took good care of us and made us feel at home.

It was a nice area and property. The manager was very nice and kept a great flow in conversation.

Since moving into my new unit the property has gotten so much better tanya the assistant manager is awesome she listens to me she talks to me very respectfully and she is definitely a lot better than the previous assistant manager. I had a very bad experience in my first unit but with new management and the new maintenance crew mark and eddie the property is much better. Mark and eddie came in to my new unit the day i was getting everything brought in by my movers, the ac wasnt working and had a few other issues they got everything fixed in a day in half and that was shocking and it was huge relief and they did a great job fixing everything. The new improvements to the property are making this apartment complex a good place to live now. And i appreciate all that tanya and her maintenance crew have done for me.

This is the best apartment I sleep so cozy there when I got there it wasnt messy at all And yeah that's all

They have a brand new staff that are making huge & positive property differences. They treat the tenants like people & not just another renter. I’m very happy to be living here due to all the changes & renovations. I would give it 5 stars but I know, as with a lot of things, there are still some things that are needing improvements. But I’m sure in due time, we will get there. Meanwhile, I’m enjoying my journey

I moved in almost a month ago from NYC. The office staff (Tanya & Jare) are extremely helpful and communicative, they made my move stress free. The maintenance men are awesome and very diligent. Any time I had a problem they fixed it immediately, if not same day then the next day. I would recommend this complex to anyone... Whether you’re new to San Antonio or not. I for sure give it a 10/10

I find it how amazing you are on your word you let us know when advance that you were short on maintenance and now it’s on point this is why I recommended someone to live here

I’ve lived here since December 2022. The price for what I have is not bad, considering how a lot of other places easily charge you well over $1200 for a 2 bedroom with vinyl flooring and a washer/dryer. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors or the front office, the front office is super friendly and helpful. The only 2 disappointing factors is when I filled out the application in November 2022 I was told the gym was being renovated and should be complete in a couple months. It has been over 5 months going on 6 and the gym was another reason I initially loved these apartments. Hopefully soon the gym will be finished so we can enjoy it. Next, they are ALWAYS turning off the water. From the not even 5 months I’ve lived here they have shut off the water 4x. I have never lived in at an apartment that turns off their water so often. SUPER inconvenient.

I'm very happy so far with the management and maintenance guys, at the office those ladies always with smiles and professionalism make you feel that they care, I really recommend this apartment complex to live
