The Summit at Midtown Apartments reviews
10Love the property very quiet area, the only downside is that there isn’t any washer & dryer connect. Great management and maintenance fixes things in timely manner
I have lived here at the summit at midtown for 1 year luv luv luv this place. It is quiet and secure and the management or extremely nice and professional. If you are looking for the best managed apartments combined with affordability look no further this is the best place to live.
Just move in 2 days ago, they didn’t let me see the apartment before I moved in so there were maintenance issues I went to the office to report about, couldn’t take shower for 2 days after I moved in, toilet not flushing etcThey called police on me, got banned from the office and public places in the community and lastly got evicted.
Just moved in and already love this place! Paris was so helpful during the move-in process. We almost had a hiccup on the day of move in, but we sorted it out and got me in to my unit.
I believe the tour did not make good justice to the viewing. I will like to schedule a physical view of the room. Please let me know when l can come for the viewing. Thanks
Cracked open ceiling, submitted work request 2 weeks ago, personally reported to the office 2 times, made additional phone calls. With this all effert, no body seems to care even to look at it. I felt hopeless, don't know when I will see flooded apartment
Just want to leave an honest review of this property, so that other people don't suffer what we are currently going through. It is impossible to sleep here, as the floorboards above us are insanely creaky, and our upstairs neighbors walk around throughout the night because of their new baby. Ear plugs don't help, it's that loud. We have barely functioned the last few weeks, we are basically zombies right now. We called and emailed management multiple times for weeks, begging them for help, but we were told that there were no top floor apartments available. Only after we finally gave up and told them we wanted to break our lease did a top floor apartment miraculously materialize. But we had already found another apartment elsewhere. So we are ending our lease early and moving out. It's costing us a small fortune, but we just don't want to risk any more issues. There are several other problems with this property (It’s just dumpy and falling apart- the whole complex should probably just be demolished and rebuilt), but the real deal breaker is the lack of sleep. Please just be aware. I have included a video to get an idea of the noise, however, it is much worse in person.
The management here tries to rip you off by making you apply for the apartment ask you to get your car fixed for some minor damages citing their stupid automobile policy. Once you fix your car at their recommended body shop, they would still reject your application anyway for some other silly reason. Stay away from them if you can and there are lots of decent apartments out there that don't rip you off in the name of application fees.
Spent 3 years here. These apartments are great for the price just don't stay on the first floor. The front office employees were always wonderful to me, and I enjoyed my time at the complex.
