The Summit at Rivery Park Apartments, Georgetown TX

My terrific experience here began when I met Jennifer. I love the location to trails and this was the deciding factor on choosing to live here. The maintenance guys are on site, professional and rapid to respond. Quiet, except for the humming of consistent traffic on I35, but you get used to it.

Apartments are not worth it. Claims to be luxury however they are not luxury at all. Completely overpriced for mediocre furnishings. A lot of appliances break often and loads of additional fees. The only thing I appreciate is the maintenance people, they are great.

I absolutely love these apartments and the area is something that adds even more beauty with the natural parks and trails surrounding it. The maintenance department is very good and the office staff is professional. It’s also the kind of place where you can walk your dog in the middle of the night and feel safe. Georgetown is one of the fastest growing towns in the United States for a reason. I recently went to the grand opening of the new H‑E‑B grocery store over here and it was like a county fair atmosphere… getting to connect with our neighbors was truly exciting. Also, you will meet the wonderful staff here at Rivery Park apartments and with a special thanks to Jennifer for her help with everything that I needed and her genuinely caring and warm personality… thank you Jennifer!

Parcel theft is frequent at this apartment complex. Management has been informed. They used to receive packages in the main office but stopped due to COVID. The policy was never reinstated. I was told to purchase a Ring Camera as a way of preventing it and that they would eventually have parcel lockers. This hasn't been done yet.

Jennifer in the front office helped me so much. She was so friendly and welcoming. I looked a lot of places and she helped me the most. The complex is beautiful too.

I am relocating to TX for work. I viewed apartment complex today. Great place to live. Jennifer, Leasing consultant helped ease my apartment search challenges. She's a good listener and she ensured that my housing needs were met in a timely manner.

Great staff, responsive maintenance, well kept grounds, convenient location. I've lived here over 5 years and extremely pleased with the complex.

So far it has been a nice place to live, fairly quiet pretty and great location. Maintenance issues resolved quickly and friendly staff. However I had property stolen within one month, there are lots of fees.

I am so grateful my husband and I found our way to Rivery Park Apartments. We have lived here since April 2021. I had lived in several apartment complexes before marrying my husband. When medical issues arose that made it necessary to downsize, my husband was very reluctant to consider an apartment. I knew when we toured the property we had found our new home. Both the office staff and maintenance team have been incredibly patient and helpful whenever we have needed assistance. The property backs up to Rivery Park and is located right beside the Sheraton Hotel. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The property is well maintained and we feel very safe even living in a first floor apartment. If you are looking for your next place to call home, I strongly encourage you to visit Rivery Park Apartments. My husband and I are so blessed call this our home!

This complex is a wonderful place to live. The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. It's a very quiet neighborhood and hidden so wouldn't hear the highway. The maintenance guys are attentive and goes above and beyond. They take care of things in a timely manner. I love how you're in the center of everything. Access to the track and park is enjoyable and convenient.

Location, location, location - if your looking for convenience to shopping, work in Georgetown, Round Rock, or Ft Hood this is your place. Coupled with the friendly staff and superb maintenance the Summit At Rivery Park moved to the top of my list. If your looking like I was for a pet friendly, beautiful residence rent now, or get on the waiting list for next available unit. Tom Brader
