Awesome Staff. Love the new Manager Stacy Wolf. Her staff is so helpful and they take the time to explain the paperwork.

Very responsive and professional. Work orders get done in a timely manner. Our unit looks exactly like the photos. I’m in love with it.

Nice apartments on the inside BUT the crime out there is completely ridiculous! My car window got busted while visiting family over there. And the property is a gated community. But hey at least they are nice on the inside. They are pricey by the way. But everything is going up so the price is not the apartments fault.

I ve been a resident here since 2020, since the property name change and management took over in December 2021 the complex and customer services has been deplorable. The car center vac has been out for 3 months, the pool is green and the grounds/units have been caulked for 2 months and not one building has been painted.the new management is marketing the complex a luxury units. There are luxury apartment down road with similar pricing with better amenities and maintenance of grounds.please do you due diligence before completing application here.

I lived here when the property was called The Arium at Fall Creek and they were really nice and well kept so that’s why I returned several years later after moving back into TX. The Reserve at Fall Creek was pretty decent although prices had gone up but not much had changed by way of amenities and such. I’ve only dealt with the new staff of the Terraces @Fall Creek a few times but they seem to be nice. The only notable changes between management for me are the valet trash service which don’t come every evening anymore and the gate is almost always broken. For the most part the community is quiet and the property is clean. No people hanging out at night in the parking lot. So I’m a happy resident. Not sure if I’d renew my lease here again though.

Ever since the reserve got bought out and the new management took over, this place has turned ghetto. We are not used to living in filth like this. People are very lazy when they throw their trash out. Our other maintenance crew before always had this complex looking nice. Now this place looks trashy. I dont let my friends come visit anymore since it was bought out. We hate this place now.

When i first moved here these apartments were great! The management was awesome and very professional. November unfortunately we got new management and they are terrible very very ghetto and I would not recommend! There are apartments down the way that are very nice and worth the price these are TRASH I am definitely not renewing my lease with this unprofessional and rude management! The maintenance never know what they are doing and they NEVER fix anything! I suggest they get a new management team or just throw these away!

Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of really nice apartments complexes close by. I’ve leased here since September of 2020 when it was The Reserve- I didn’t experience many issues with that management. I loved living here. However things took a horrible turn in November of 2021 when they changed management & names. My A/C has not worked in 2 months - I’ve had to sleep with windows open and doors open just to have some sort of air movement. Despite the MULTIPLE calls, service requests etc I’ve been ignored. They play the card “the weather is too cold to put freon” however they never once checked if freon is the issue. They sent maintenance who worked on it for about two hours, went to lunch and never came back. They say they’ll come when it gets above 70 degrees out yet we have had MANY days- we live in Texas. Not to mention they had NO leases from the end of last year with the previous management- so you had to sign again and of course they included changes that drive your bill past what the lease you signed previously for. I’ve been kind and patient with that but this AC issue is ridiculous and I’m not the only unit experiencing these issues (there are about three in the complex). These are perfect grounds for early lease termination so if you’re in the complex and in the same boat as me- please consider contacting an attorney. Very disappointed in my living situation, they’ll make sure you’re on time with your rent but won’t consider your kids/pets in a hot unit with no air flow.

While the property is very well kept and the apartments are spacious…management does not hold tenants to the stipulations of the lease agreement, nor enforce it. Wont be renewing.

I have been here since 2019, at first I thought it was great, but it just got worse. The total disrecpect people in this complex have is mind blowing. The dumpster/ trash area is disgusting, it is overflowing with peoples large items more times than not. The smell is horrible. Not to mention the breeze ways in the buildings are full of trash and stained because people dont use the trash cans like they are supposed to. So many people here also do not clean up after their pets. The gates are broke more times than they work, and for the past few months I have not been able to let a guest in through the guest gate when they call me. I had multiple ant problems that would go away from a while and then come right back. Our dishwasher never worked the way it should have. Management was not horrible, but I feel like they could do a much better job enforcing rules.

I was refused to be shown the exact unit I’d be moving into before I applied. After I applied, they informed me it was a handicap unit, and the only 1 bedroom available, so I could not transfer into anything else. I was understanding and calm the entire encounter, and requested cabinetry in the restroom to be installed at THE LEAST, as the restroom didn’t have any cabinets or a counter top for wheelchair accessibility. They refused to give me a full refund of the application fees, and only wanted to give me partial. I had to dispute the charge as false advertising and was finally refunded fully, only after my bank investigated. Be sure to see the exact apartment you’re applying for, before you actually apply. Will never consider here again. Horrible experience and shady resolution attempt by the management. Do better for those who give the thought of living here.

This is a very pleasurable community to live in. The staff is great and very efficient in keeping the residents up to date in any circumstances in and around the community and the city.

I’ve only been a resident here at Reserve at Fall Creek for a few months! I’m truly pleased with how they keep up the apartments and I am happy and pleased to be a resident! I moved here from out of state and I feel it’s a safe environment for myself and family members and friends! The staff is friendly and helpful by all means! Thank You staff members for making me feel so at home! God’s continued blessings be with y’all!

I moved in April 2019 and moved out March 2021. If I did not have to move back to Dallas I would not have left! That literally was my home. Every place has its ups and downs but my overall stay here was amazing! I am homesick now.

I have been very satisfied with my stay at the Reserve. I have resided here for almost a year and have enjoyed the environment here. The maintenance did prompt and satisfactory repairs. My questions were always answered promptly by the office staff. I liked the HUB system for retrieving packages. The only negative service has been with the valet service. The garbage pickup was systematic; many times the garbage was left for an extra night before being taken. The latest incident was this past Sunday/Monday evenings, January 17/18. I had left a message with the office staff through the resident portal but I have not received a response as yet (today is Thursday, 1/21). There should be a better service to use for this complex. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Don’t be fooled. The staff does not pay attention to any of your concerns. You have to keep on bothering them for them to acknowledge you. If you move out before hand, they will charge you an arm and a leg to do so AND they will nickel and dime you in order to not return your full deposit! I DO NOT recommend. Avoid the headache!

Greetings I made my selection and move into the Reserve at Fall Creek during the pandemic I did not get to do an in-person tour but instead a virtual tour.although I was not able to visit the property or view the apartment I went in with great bFaith hoping that everything would be great.the day of my move-in was the first day that I got to view the property and my apartment my initial contact with Alicia was amazing she walked me through a lot of steps that I did not know exactly how to complete and gave me my keys to go to my new apartment. Upon entering my apartment the staff left a wonderful gift basket full of starter things and also toilet tissue on the roll.the apartment was in top-notch great condition very clean. Getting packages receiving mail and enjoying the amenities are all very convenient and the location too.

My lease is almost up here and i won’t be renewing it the security here is awful anyone can enter the gate and i literally haveto park far from my building so that a friend in another building can watch my car to ensure no one breaks into it.yea it’s that bad don’t move here maintenance is rude and does not care about your personal belongings while fixing anything in your apartment trash is constantly left behind i could write a novel on how many problems this place has I’m moving IMMEDIATELY.
