Leonardo is an absolute pleasure to do business with! Extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman at watch/clock repairs. Will always return to him for any and all jewelry/watch repair/clock needs! He is a Gem, Pun intended!

Love this place. I didn't even get a chance to patron this place because they gave me advice on how to avoid paying. I will be back and I will refer everyone I know!

I had battery replacements done for three watches. The service was fast, the watches were set with the correct time and date, and there’s a one year warranty on the batteries.

Recommend for honest and reliable service. Did not charge for a very small job which was much appreciated!

Did battery replacement on 5 watches in 25 minutes and at a reasonable cost. No hassle. Highly recommend!

Brought a watch in to have a gasket replaced and replace a stem that broke. Took nearly 2 months to get the watch back and when I do it’s in worse condition than when I dropped it off and the date won’t change. Drop it back off for another two months and now not only does the date not work correctly, it no longer tells time correctly; the second hand is not moving correctly. While the initial repair wasn’t expensive I wasn’t expecting to receive a broken watch in return. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed.

Great service at fair price. Parking is kinda challenging if their designated space in front are occupied since the place is within a busy area of small business storefronts. Other than the parking it's a great place to have your timepieces fixed and jewelries serviced. I think they also sell some items.

Very friendly with great customer service. My cuckoo clock was completely inoperable but the repair was simple, so they completed it on the spot with no charge. This is the kind of business I will be happy to return to.

I have dropped off my mom's watch. I have called. I still don't have her watch or any communication from the shop.
Guess I have to go up there. Pray for me y'all.

Couldn't have been easier to get a new watch battery installed. An employee took my watch via curbside service and was back in 10 minutes.

Bought a watch from Japan and needed the bracelet resizing which I have done numerous times before but these screws had been put in by Godzilla themselves and I ended up damaging the head of one and couldn't remove it. I thought I was doomed. Drove over to The Time Keeper and 20 minutes later I was driving home with my resized watch for a very very reasonable price. Very friendly staff and fantastic service at a great price, really couldn't be a happier customer.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon to replace batteries on six watches. They provided curbside service from beginning to end, their prices were reasonable, and they provided timely and friendly service. We highly recommend them and will use their services again.

I went to Katy Mills Mall for a wedding ring repair. They told me that because of the price of gold that my ring repair would cost $200.00.
I was shocked. They didn’t even examine it with their magnifying lenses. I told them that was too much and they shrugged their shoulders.
I took my ring to Timekeeper the next week and they repaired it for $40.00! These are honest, quality people who do good work and are in this business for the right reasons. I highly recommend.

Stopped by to get a watch band put on. They had me in and out in less than 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Will come back again!
