Edited version: Property itself is pretty nice and good neighborhood. Originally I had bad rating mainly due to poor maintenance. However, recently we had a new manager and maintenance team, Martin, Sam have lately been changing the whole. I actually now enjoy this place a lot.

The leasing office was great with me. I’m new to apartment searching and they welcomed me so nicely and explained the process to me. I can’t wait to move in!

Wonderful onboarding experience so far! Ida was kind enough to find an apartment with an earlier date per our request. Also the application process was super prompt.

Just applied for the apartment and got a call within 15 mins of submitting application. I am working with Ida who is very prompt and professional. I normally have to reach out to properties numerous amount of times. Great experience so far!

Worst maintenance by the management, when the request is raised for any maintenance, they won't show up for weeks. My friend got locked up in her room and when we made a call to leasing office, they said it's not an emergency and they showed up after 2 days. Luckily the room is attached with a bathroom which is attached to living room, she used that door for 2 days. Every time we submit a request it takes more than a week for them to address. Worst ever maintenance.

The beat apartments I've ever lived at. It's a very pretty area with lots of nature trails along beautiful scenery and canals The people that live here are very humble and nice. Mostly young families. The office staff have been super helpful with any problem I've had. Ida in particular in the office has always been there for me if I need anything. Would highly recommend.

The hosts and the attendants are very welcoming.
