The Traymore at Park Cities, Dallas TX

Get everything in writing before you agree to rehab extension. I was told one thing and then another. Now we are being sent to collections when I could have just brought my grandfather home on the 20th day of rehab. Same admission director is no longer there. Other than that is a great place, I had given 5 stars, this is an edit.

Didn’t feel safe in this facility. Food was fair at best. The physical therapy department just went through the motions. I don’t think I’ll go back.

When I came to The Traymore it took a little while for me to adjust. The care and the food is exceptional. Nothing was forced on me it was done with kindness. Everything was done with patience and kindness that's different from any place I've been in the past. The therapy was very good because they are much younger people and they care. Their energy gave me energy to go forward to the next 100 years! If I need further assistance I won't hesitate to go bank for help. God bless each and everyone of you. When you do the right thing it has to come out right.

This is the worst nursing home we have complaint about the care for my dad and nobody seems to care, the staff are rude and very lazy, they are not taking care of my father well every time we go visit him there's always something either they do not groom him and we have found him in the floor couple of times if anybody knows a number where I can report this nursing home please let me know ASAP, this should not be happening to none of the patients or should be treated like this, all they care is getting pay and taking their insurance money, I dont like this nursing home at all we all already change like 2 times and is no good just like the rest of them. This is really sad for our family we care about also I believe they have racial issues I can tell even worst. This should not be happening there just taking his money.

I love working at the Traymore. Our staff is very passionate and take pride in the care of our residents.

Today is my 3 year Anniversary at The Traymore. It has been a great journey working with an Awesome team of people who love the residents they serve as well as the employees. We truly are second family to eachother!

Scared to leave my mom in their care. She was admitted late at night therefore no one oriented us to the facility. After several attempts to have someone explain to us, one male nurse actually took the time to to explain. Chili is the only decent nurse here, it seems. We've complained but those complaints / concerns are not being heard.
If you care about your family member.please don't bring them to this facility.

My mother is currently a patient there. We found they were giving her the wrong medication. Mom also complains about having to call repeatedly for help before someone finally arrives.
Edit: The social worker and assistant director of nursing called me to correct the problems noted in my review. The medication regimen has been fixed, and other procedures were explained.

My brother became a resident at Traymore in January 2017 to recuperate from a spinal cord injury. I have been impressed with the quality of the care he has received, the caring nature of the staff, the expertise of the physical therapists, and the up-to-date and clean facilities. My brother has made great progress since the injury and credit goes to him, his physicians, and Traymore.

This facility is great. Staff are very nice and helpful. Ms ShirleY is an amazing cna. Stephenie is also excellent. I am short term here and I am enjoying my stay.

Has outstanding facilities with an excellent and very caring staff. They are professional and will go go above and beyond to meet all your needs.

Have been working at The Traymore since Feb of this year. It is a wonderful clean facility with great teamwork and management!

I been at the traymore since 2015 and it's much better than the last nursing home I was in. I enjoy bingo when I'm not out at a appointment. Pamela helps me with so many things and I can't tell you how much I really appreciated her.

The staff did a great job taking my vitals and getting my medication to me on time. Becky in dietary is excellent. Tillie did an excellent job with shower assistance. Overall it was a good experience

This is the best nursing facility I have been in.
The nurses, Doctors, aides are very profeszional.
It is kept very clean.
I am getting better.
Am able to walk since 4 years ago without The use of a cane or walker.

I have been recovering from my illness and have been at the Traymore for about 3 weeks. All of the employees both medical and support have been excellent, and all are very attentive to the needs of their patients.
Having been in the corporate world for many years, I do not hesitate when I say; must of the people working here would be welcome on my staff any day of the week.
