My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our visit. Everyone was helpful and answered all the questions that we had about the tree. Customer service was great. They just take their customers.

We purchased 3 palms and a magnolia tree. Their selection was excellent and the service received was professional and very helpful. The tree's were delivered and planted today by Victor and an associate. Our experience was outstanding! They were courteous and patient answering all of our questions about the items we purchased and other questions about our landscaping. He is very knowledgable and willing to share his expertise. I highly recommend The Tree Place.

Very friendly and eager to share knowledge. They take the time to answer all your questions and they listen to what you want and figure out your best options.

This place may be difficult to get to or some of their trees may seem pricey, but it’s a great place to find the tree for you.

If you are looking for a fruit three, always consider the A&M ones first. I bought two nectarine trees here (also one of the only local tree sellers did not only have nectarine trees, but their phone staff did not know the difference between a nectarine tree and a tangerine tree.) I bought two trees. One was an A&M and the other, some commercial brand. They commercial one blooms too early every year and has not produced a thing. It did not hold up to Snowvid 2021 well either. The A&M tree on the other hand has produced fruit every year I’ve had it. And the fruit are delicious.

Finally, I also purchased a Chinese Pistachio/Pistache tree from them. The price seemed steep at first, but it included them coming to my house, digging, planting it, staking it, and delivering custom instructions for the tree. Great investment and it grows bigger every year!

Purchased a Red Bud tree March 25 2021. Tree had a couple of leaves and small buds when purchased. Also purchased Microlife Rootstimulator that was recommended. The tree was planted the day of purchase and watered and used microlife as recommended. The tree never tried to sprout new buds or leaves. After about a month I tried to contact and left a message and never heard back. Was able to eventually get someone on the phone and was told there is no warranties but she would talk to her boss and have someone call me. Never heard from anyone and finally gave up trying to contact them. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware. What a waste of money

Not a good place to buy fruit trees. I bought 3 fruit trees here and buy their recommendation bottom at check out to use. All 3 trees die and never made it and die. I have 10 others from other nursery that never need nothing and ready to plant and doing just fine. I think it's the bottom they sell you at check out that kills it. They say all natural lol

Awesome customer service and great selection! I am out of state and needed to find a particular citrus for family in DFW. These were the only guys to have it and have knowledge about the plant. Matt helped me make the long distance purchase and even took the time to send me pics so I could pick the one I wanted! Outstanding crew that took time to help me get exactly what I was looking for. The plants were extremely healthy and filled with new fruits so I had my pick of lots of good choices. They also have information and help available to make sure that they thrive. Highly recommended.

Following a very bad experience with the Plant Shed, it was nice to do business with a tree seller that spoke the truth. They're a little hard to get to, but the trees they have are worth the price - well taken care of and in good shape. This was not the case with the Plant Shed, who did not honor the coupon I had. The Tree Place said they had a 50% discount and lived up to that advertising claim. The people were friendly and knowledgeable too. If you're looking for a tree, this is the place!

Beautiful selection of flowers, fruiting plants and trees. They are definitely slightly higher in price compared to big box stores for some things, but the customer service is impeccable. I will return again & again.

My first time here and it was beyond my expectations. I was looking for crepe myrtle trees and they had more than I expected. I bought 2 trees and got what I wanted. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I love this place. They have a wonderful selection. The staff and owners are helpful and knowledge. The only problem you'll run into is a lack of space in your yard.

My husband and I were looking for few unique trees to plant. One of the ground workers, uncertain what is titled was, saw us, asked if we needed help, drove us around. Helped us make selections. Put the items on our truck. Just a very friendly guy. The cashiers were equally as friendly.

Great customer service, large selection on trees and well priced. The other landscape shrubs seemed a bit higher compared to others. But a good selection. And very helpful about successfully planting properly the first time. Will be back for the trees.

We’ve bought a couple of trees and some shrubs from The Tree Place in the last six months and our experiences have been outstanding! Their staff are trustworthy, knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful for our recent tree and bush purchases! Last weekend, Matthew helped us choose the right chaste tree and provided us with the information and resources we needed to take care of our tree and shrubs. Although it was a Saturday afternoon and it was busy, we were greeted immediately and given directions of the property and Matthew helped us with our purchases once we had made our decisions. We didn’t have to lift a finger! The pistache tree we purchased last fall is doing great, by the way, as the staff provided us with all the information we needed to properly stimulate the roots and water the tree after they helped to plant it on our property. I've bought several fruit and shade trees from The Tree Place in the past and I am pleased to say all have thrived. This week I needed to replace a tree I lost in February's ice storm and, with the help of Matthew, found a Redbud that I could haul home and plant myself. Mathew went the extra mile and wrapped the tree so as not to be damaged on my long drive home. Overall another great experience at The Tree Place.

Bought a desert willow on 3-18-2021. Planted it on 3-20-2021. Followed planting instructions to a tee. Tree has not budded out. No leaves. I think they sold me a tree that died in the freeze. I think the roots froze.

Follow up: Robert, the owner called me and apologized and explained that the freeze damaged or killed many of their plants. He has promised to replace the tree with a live tree.

My wife and I drove from Forney to The Tree Place on Saturday May 8th to purchase a tree. We have visited the store a couple of times. Even though they were extremely busy, the owner, Cajun Bob, spent more than an hour showing us multiple options. With his consultation, we purchased a Crepe Myrtle. There was a large inventory of quality trees, shrubs, plants and other products to choose from. We appreciate that the business is not solely about selling products but more importantly the product purchased grows successfully. We would recommend The Tree Place for your gardening needs.

On Saturday, April 3,2021, my husband prepared me for buying two Te as Redbud trees, handed his pickup keys and I headed to a large nursery that said they had Redbud trees. Well, that place had a few varieties from the East Coast and none qualified for hot and dry weather conditions.

God put it on my heart to find The Tree Place. It was surreal: I walked to the area with lots of trees, behind the retail shop. A young man asked if I needed help, and immediately went into action to help me by getting a golf cart for our trek. We found the Texas Redbud in the long rows full of different selections of this native tree. I asked for two small ones. He drove us to the front entrance, set me to work paying out and getting planting advice, while he carefully loaded the trees for me. I was on my way quickly, and felt well informed on ways to help the trees thrive. Thank you to the hard working staff for all your help!
