Was one of the first ones to move in with a friend. This place will suck up all of your money. A two bedroom apartment was $1900 the first year, but by year three it was $2400, with no patio. Our electric bill started at $120 or so a month, we both teach and are home very little. I was only there on weekends. By year three, the electric bill was normally over $300. Something was off and my roomate asked for help, but the issue was never really resolved. When we finally decided to move out, we left that place spotless clean. There was damage to a doorway and I understand the $200 fee placed to fix that, but another $700 for cleaning fee? Ive been gone for over a month now and paying another lump of money to this establishment is infuriating. I dont know why there are so many 5 stars. All the one star reviews on here are from people who understand what its REALLY like.

I have been living here for approximately 6 months and highly recommend it. The amenities are luxurious and great for remote work. I appreciate the front desk staff as they are easy to communicate with, and help resolve issues promptly. Dominque and Tateum exemplify world class service and genuinely care about their residents.

Tatum at the front desk is very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! The Property Manager Chris is also a great and helpful guy. 10/10 recommended to move here.

I have received some of the best treatment from the people in the office! The manager, Christopher is very amazing and he gets stuff done very quickly, which is better than the old management. Also The leasing agents, Tatum is an amazing person, Very Attentive and always gets the job done! And also the other leasing agent, Dominique is very sweet, and also very accommodating. Overall, I’m very happy and definitely recommend to move here!

I just become a resident in this community. So far I love it. Not much noise, I like the garage and so far the management is good. The issue I’m seeing which one time cause is that, my trash didn’t get pick up in one occasion and I hope it won’t be a repetitive situation, but when call the office, they did hander it very well. It is clean area and I have not see any roaches or bugs so far.

Decided to take a tour of the beautiful property as I have been trying to get around to come by and see inside! When I first walked in there was no one in the lobby, I waited for a few mi it’s then had to walk to the back and say “hello? ” Then 4 team members came from the back still not one greeting. Finally a man walked up to me and was immediately in a rush, very rude and wasn’t interested in answering any of my questions. Instead he rushed me into a model home that wasn’t even the one I was interested in to try to “shut me up” when I asked anything about the model unit to compare the unit I was interested in he told me that the entire staff is new and he isn’t sure on any specifics. After the model unit he didn’t show me anything else, the pool, gym, nothing in fact he stood in front of the glass doors and pointed to the gym and said the pool was out there, when I showed interest in the gym and asked “how big” it was he said well it’s that building over there. Very uncomfortable, unprofessional, not personable, I’m not sure if he thought I couldn’t afford it? Or was a waste of time but I didn’t feel welcomed or invited back. He didn’t even give me a business card I had to ask for one. I had such good hopes for these because I drive past so often so sad to know the reality of the office crew. Way to expensive for the office staff to portray themselves as proud, prejudice, or uninterested in helping guests of any color! Only reason for the 3 stars is the property itself is gorgeous

Uber grateful for Dominique Richardson and Tateum Casey! These lady’s customer service has been top tier. From the moment I first walked in, until the move in day. They made sure everything was seamless. Appreciate you Dominique and Tateum!

I’m not sure where this flood of 5 star reviews are coming from. Yes the location is good and the property at face value is in good condition, it’s a newer complex. My experience here was bad to say the least. Granted I dealt with the old management, the situation is probably more or less the same now that there is new management. Mailroom is a disaster. I could count on one hand how many times the parking garage doors were actually shut when I lived there (moved out in September). I had my car vandalized 3 times in a month and when I asked for them to check cameras, I was never called back and the “courtesy officer” was useless in that situation. In fact, I was asked by management if I had proved someone? Does that sound like a way to address the situation? Work orders get marked as completed off the bat and you have to badger them to get anything done in a timely manner. I had left the unit cleaner than the way I found it by a landslide (they had left old items in cabinets, didn’t wipe floors, cabinets, etc.) and not only did they not give my deposit back, they charged me an additional 370$ for cleaning services which is so laughable. Prepare to get nickeled and dimed. For the price that they want for a luxury apartment, the service is so so so far away from being luxury status. You are better off looking elsewhere.

Beautiful apartments in the best location. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly while helping me move in. There’s always something to do and new people to meet. Lots of great memories were made here.

Moving from a college apartment complex I was really scared to go to an apartment again. I got so worried about moving into an apartment again after the awful things I experienced. But, living at the Truman has been the most amazing experience. From the amenities to the quality of the apartment itself, everything is phenomenal! The office staff is also so incredibly helpful and I feel cared about as a person and not just another lease.
Chris has made me feel so welcome and Tateum is so helpful and so absolutely sweet anytime I go to the office!
No matter what sort of questions I ask, I am always met with kindness and you can tell the staff truly cares!
If you are looking for a staff that cares, this is definitely the place!

Since the management has changed, the concierge and leasing manager have been very respectful and highly communicative. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. I highly recommend moving to this complex, and getting your tour by Dominique Richardson or Tateum Casey!

I have been staying here a few months now. I mostly keep to myself. Everyone has been very helpful and I have had no issues since my time here. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live!

I lived here for a while and I am so happy that I have moved out. While the apartments look nice there are many problems I personally experienced while living here. For starters the mail room and package situation is horrible. Packages are left all over the mailroom rather than the package lockers and have been stolen multiple times because they don’t have proper cameras in the mail room. The office staff is usually unhelpful if they are even there. On a regular basis the office would close for lunch with a note that they would be back by a certain time, but then they never came back until the next day. When they are there we would be met with “i don’t know ill ask and get back to you”. We also had problems with maintenance where we put in multiple work orders that were marked as complete but no one ever even came into our apartment. This meant living with a dishwasher that wouldnt work, an air filter that was long overdue for replacing, broken blinds, and a leaking garbage disposal. It also just is not a safe area. We had things stolen from our balcony, someone was stabbed in the mailroom and parking garage this year, and homeless people sneak into the stairways to sleep.
