I am a local graphic designer who frequently needs to print items for weddings and other design work I do. I have been to many print places here in town, including other UPS locations (some of which I have had horrible experiences), but this one is by far the best. I have worked with almost every employee at this location and every one of them has a great attitude and treats me with a great amount of respect even though I am younger. Their print jobs are always flawless. I have experienced one or two minor hiccups along the way, but as soon as the issue was addressed they were more than happy to resolve it and with a smile. I can't recommend them enough, this location and it's employees are top notch.

My IRS return was late using these folks despite paying 3 x USPS mailing on the filing deadline for 9/16/2019. I will not use this place again and should bill them. Totally unaccountable

The staff is friendly but prices for packaging and shipping are outrageous paid 60$ to ship 3 small boxes. Absolutely rediculous. You’re better off sending loved ones a gift through amazon and shipping it that way rather than going through the trouble of sending it and still getting charged tremendously for it. Will never ship anything from here again.

The team at the UPS store on Wolflin is the best! They had my baby shower games printed, precut, and wrapped up to take as soon as I was next in line (I ordered a little last minute which I know is absolutely terrible). I am not sure if they usually precut stuff, but the manager went out of their way to get it cut at another store! 10/10 will be ordering from them again but not last minute lol. Thanks again guys! The baby shower will be that much better with professional looking games.

Workers were very friendly. We were there less then 5 mins with waiting in line. She even help find the right package size for our item.

I really enjoy waiting in line 20 minutes behind package shippers so I can get my mail.
This is not the place to get a mailbox.

Fix your line system or station an employee to tell people where the line begins. It shouldn't take me 20 minutes to drop off an Amazon return. There were several people that came in after me that were served first, and people don't have 20 minutes to spare when they're on a lunch break. Good thing I didn't park in the "5 minute parking" spot. Also, there were many people coming in and you had employees standing around instead of opening up another register to handle the crowd. Never coming back to this location.

I had left my wooden cane at a local motel. Unsure of what to do, I was told to call Ups. I did and the office sent me the proper form immediately and I sent it back and got my cane very soon. They picked up the cane quickly and economically and sent it to me. The employees of Ups were helpful and courteous and I’ll recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for your professionalism and pleasent help.

Went in on a thur morning and needed a package delivered by saturday morning. They didn’t get it delivered until monday morning and their excuse was that someone didn’t turn it in on time. So I paid the two day shipping for nothing AND missed giving a birthday present on time. I had to call them a few times for an explination and after 2 phone calls from them they finally realised what happened. Customer service sucks so go to the one on 34th and Bell instead.

Christmas rush. Several people in line with packages pre-addressed. One of the workers took the packages and had them entered into the system before you got to the front of the line. Very fast service.

I was in there about 2 weeks ago and the people was so friendly and caring. Really helped me with my confusion and helped me shin my box.i highly recommend this store.thank u guys again

Allen and Cristian are the bomb. The Service A1. Allen I just want to sop him up with syrup and biscuit. Excellent home training. I would love for him to run my business. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent customer service.

The store manager Robin seem to have quite an attitude when I was Mailing my items. Nothing specific except I got the gist that I was in annoyance to her. I will definitely be using my normal UPS store on Coulter

I despise shipping packages - and avoid it as much as possible as it's always been a big pain. However, I have had a need to ship a few times the past 6 months. This store has made this experience more pleasant! With the exception of one woman that was working there - every one of the workers have been exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Wow. I called, explained I had two paintings that needed to be shipped. Explained the sizes and value. Told it was all good and to bring them in. Brought in the paintings and the lady treated me like I was nothing more than a pain in the backside. Rude, short, and obviously annoyed by my presence she told me they could only go freight, must be crated, and made it very clear I was annoying her. I understood that freight was a possibility, and I am not bothered by that. I'm bothered by the obvious bad attitude by the lady working there. Hating your job does not give you the right to treat customers like I was treated.

Worst experience I've had in retail in a really looonnnnngggg time.

This stores overall rating of under 2 stars is quite deserved.
