The UPS Store, Meadows Place TX

These guys are purposefully not wearing their mask properly.
At one point, one girl was just walked around with her mask hanging from an ear.
Of course the person who seemed to be in charge supposedly has a “Medical condition“ preventing them from wearing one at all.

I called Wednesday and was told not only were they open Saturday, but they’d be notarizing as well. I call Saturday before I drive to confirm once more and they’re not. Either people don’t wanna do their job or give false information instead of finding out the right info. I’m beyond irritated.

This location is very convenient for me and the staff is friendly. I've always been treated with respect. I don't have any complaints.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask for their hours for the day because it could be different than whats online due to covid-19.the employee quickly said “we close at 3 o’clock” and hung up on me.

The guy at this location forced me into buying packaging for Amazon return when Amazon representative confirmed that no packaging was required to ship the package. Never going back to ship or return at this location.

Fast & efficient, even when busy. The UPS Store by my house is slow as molasses so I looked for one around work and came to this location. I am usually dropping Amazon returns off and they have always been quick and friendly. What would take me 15 mins of standing in line at my old store takes me 3 mins here. Great staff and store.

I come to this ups store now, nit’s always clean, easy access, the service provided by employees is impeccable! I’d like to write a special review, specifically to the employee who helped me so much! Employee name was Anna, if you want fast, effective, assistance, she was so friendly and yet answered all my questions, and concerned. She reassured me that my package would be sent out and be carefully packaged. My nephew did receive the package in great condition. The employees are so friendly and so helpful, it’s a great environment, even when it got busy, Anna made sure each customer walked out with a smile, her conversational skills and attitude, made up for the wait, even then I was out what felt like less than 5 mins! Great service here!

As a novice seller to online selling - I came into this store not only to ship but get recommended suggestions on future shipments. Since the UPS store can ship via USPS or UPS; the associate (Anna) took her time to review different Shipping rates/options. I felt comfortable and at ease. Best in class customer service and will definitely be coming back to this location.

Theirs this employee called Annalyssia and she had helped me when I went in their to ship a couple of packages helped me out a lot it was my first time sending anything and she guided me through all the steps and requirements she’s was very helpful kind and patient I would definitely recommended this store and if you need the best customer service ask for Annalyssia

Unbelievably disrespectful staff.
Literally was ignored by the staff so they could address the customer behind me who arrived at the store after I had.

They were good to me! Let me return some boxes I didn’t need, provided me tracking and shipping on 6 packages. In and out on 15 mins. Very courteous friendly and efficient!

Service sucks almost everywhere in Houston. Except on $$$ areas. And this place is not the exception.

Really unpleasant experience. The person who helped me with my package was downright rude. I have never had such an awful experience ever. He behaved in the same manner with the previous customer as well.

I went to this location to mail out a USPS package and the older gentleman told me they don't take this kind of package. The problem that I have is this, they have priority mail envelopes behind the counter. I later called another UPS location and the young lady told me that they do accept USPS packages and mail. Highly dissappointed!

My experiences here can't be better, very polite and efficient staff, I'd rate it 6 star if it would be possible!

Went in there to make copies of my ID and print some pages for an application. The staff were quick to guide and help me. I was out within 5 minutes with everything I needed and happy with the service they gave me.

I always come to this UPS Store location versus the local post office (cheaper) for my shipping needs. The friendly staff and their efficient courteous service makes you wish every business was operated in this manner.

The person that helped me added an inch to the measurements of my box to jack up the price. With the correct measurements it would be $45 and with his measurements $56. Watch out for the crooks.

I've gone here to ships packages, and always had phenomenal experiences. They have always been very courteous to help out with taping/preparing packages, and are quick and efficient. Great establishment!
