The UPS Store reviews
14Asked the woman at the counter for help to be sure a packet was labeled correctly. Received a flippant reply indicating I was stupid. Will never return.
These people run the best UPS store! Always prepared; answer questions; ask before doing; great packing; packages always arrive in perfect condition; they know how to notarize. Good people. Professional
Although this happened a while back, I've decided to back up some of the complaints regarding the store manager. I had an over-sized item shipped to the store and was not aware of informing the store of the shipped item. That, I'll admit was my fault, because I wasn't aware of that.
However, when I went to pick up the shipment, the manager went off on me, cursed me out, no less and told me I was lucky they didn't decide to refuse the item. Am I supposed to thank you for that? ! Why didn't you just call me to see if I was expecting a package instead of going off the deep end once I stepped foot in the store? Not after the way I was spoken to would I ever apologize to those people. Did their managers (a man and a woman) apologize to me for being a*holes? Absolutely not. They continued to argue with my husband and me for another half an hour. After the countless times bringing business to that store, and after the way I was treated I decided to NEVER visit that UPS store ever again.
The responders can comment all they want, but your store managers have already done the damage. And, after seeing how you respond to past comments, I'm surprised you're still in business.
I was just at this store for over an hour having awards packed and ships to their recipients. Ngozi Was AMAZING. She was so patient and helpful. I really appreciate her kindness to my kids too. She offered them suckers, which I thought was so nice. Thank you, Ngozi!
Brought bar code in for scanning and a returned label was made for 12.8 lbs when the box weighed in excess of 24lbs. Box was shipped containing two items of which I was refunded for only one by fingerhut. Instead of listing the correct weight for fingerhut to pay the over weight I was left the trying to prove I shipped two item in the box instead of one. If the correct weight was listed I would have had the proof I needed. They told me that ups should have caught that. Was told when they scan a barcode for the shipping label weight on the scale doesn't matter. Leaving me holding the bag for disputing my return weight. Better off going to the ups main locations instead of using franchise.
This store used to be a professional location. However the owner Suzeanne is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers. She simply wants to be loud rude and right. She’s got loud and rude correct. I’ll never do business with this store again. Shippers beware.
Paid $138 to have a package shipped only to find out it was sent back bc they failed to ship it correctly. Horrible business.
Update: After reading the owners review I’ll respond. This is not at all how this transaction took place. You did not research and find that person to work for that company, I told you people that. You shipped it to the same person exactly a week before. Don’t act for a second like you went out of your way to do anything accomadating. Suzanne was in fact rude. Not only to me but to my assistant when we insisted there’s no suite number. You can’t have a suite number on a Construction site. Your store is a disgrace to other UPS Store owners. I’ve done professional business with others for years. In fact I have at this store as well. But the fact that you fail to be accountable for your actions then defend your unprofessionalism makes me realize why you have other horrible reviews from customers whom say the exact same. Your business won’t last under your ownership. Not in today’s age
This store is not where you want to do business. They are not customer focused in any way and the people there are mean spirited and IMHO not honest.dont bother buying insurance as they do not honor damages or loss at all. Find another UPS store or a Federal Express store to do business with! The owner is a totally absentee owner that does not care about his investment!
I am always astonished at how rude these people are to everyone. If you hate your job so bad, get a different job!
This place is almost always busy and a few of the staff members are quite rude.
If you don’t have a mailbox here you can get a package contract that will allow you to ship packages here for a small fee. They claim they will call you when your package arrives but your better off watching your tracking number.
I have rented a mail box and other services with this UPS store since 2005. They have never lost anything, never broken anything, and never failed to be cheerful and helpful. Never failed. Never. That's 5-STAR.
Very quick service. She knew exactly what I needed and used a minimum amount of time to finish the transaction. Thank you!
I've been a regular customer here for more than ten years. These people have always been helpful to me, and they even accept my pre-paid USPS packages. It's a great convenience to have a facility like this, especially since it's closer than the post office.
Customer service was good from an older lady. I find shipping prices a bit high to ship a box to south Houston with a 16oz tumbler for $9.06.
It has to be the most rude customer service I have ever had in my life. If you have to use UPS just go to another store, this is a disaster. I haven't been this disrespected in my life.
