13I had ro run in for some quick scan n email documents at the last minute. They were friendly and helpful processing my order.
I waited outside for the store to open and then waited behind 3 people for them to tell me that their notary service is unavailable on the weekends. STOP advertising that you offer these services without outlining the time frame available. She acted like I should know this.
Bad service second time here staff not profesional at all system was down they couldn't do anything but saw two employees coming from back room flirting and very touchy.

Today I went in to ship over a bag I had sold. There were three young men working diligently and effectively together to process the orders and ensure every step was followed to the T. It’s always encouraging to see young people working together to help one another instead of tearing down one another. Keep up the great work!
! They are late to open in the mornings. I had to ship a package so stoped by before work thinking they will open on the time indicated online and on their door. 5 minutes past the opening time and no sign of any employee inside or outside. Had to run before I am late to work. Not a reliable place.
I had a physical altercation with the parents of the customer service agent inside because they were trying to get their daughter out as quickly as possible and where superseding the customer service agents ability to assist customers.the customer service agent's father destroyed my phone and destroyed my package.the police were called and I will be filing charges.poor girl's going to lose her job because of her stupid parents being impatient. Do not go here.
This location is the only location that gives me a hard time! If you’re trying to return a package they will keep it and never update anything on your return. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me. I never have this problem at other ups drop off locations. Do not go here or your package will be lost!
Update: Store has improved from my last review. The workers there working hard to satisfy the customer.
I am a UPS customer I have a small business that requires me to use this company By for some of the stuff in facility are the rudest nasty I’ve ever come across in this life and this happens all the time there’s one particular person that come across as nasty as I have come across in my life very nasty individual
Tried to return a package from Amazon, those girls don't want to work, bad customer service, they aren't nice, they told me to go to the computer, they don't help you
