The guy at the counter was rude. I returned an Amazon return and he makes a sound like ugh. I asked if there was a problem and he said he'll have to charge me to tape the box. And he even looked through my box. I have gone to many ups and never has they charged me money to tape one box. Ridiculous. First you don't look through someone's box and then to charge for a piece of tape was just rude. And the box only needed on piece of tape.

Multiple terrible experiences here. The guy with the beard behind the counter who seems to be in charge does not hide the fact that he hates being there. He’ll roll his eyes, make unprofessional “ughs” and sighs in front of customers. They do not have their act together and seem to have no leadership or proper management. I wish there was one closer to me, that’s the only reason I keep going back when I absolutely need to.

Store claims they are open on Sunday’s starting at 12: 00 PM, but myself and about 10 others stood outside for 30 minutes without any indication the store would be opening. Don’t waste your time coming to this store, they claim they’re open Sundays but they can’t be bothered to get to work on time or even show up at all.

Very rude customer service also does not accept USPS drop offs at this location where every other UPS franchise location does.

Worthless staff - which means most likely worthless management. Not helpful; not happy to work there; zero regard for customer service; and a terrible reflection of the UPS brand. There is no chance that the heap of packages and printed but not attached labels falling all over the place behind the counter went to right destinations. Not worth rolling the dice with these clowns - drive another 10 mins to the surrounding ones.

Terrible customer service, I was running late and need to drop a package today.
I forgot to close it, but that’s not a problem because in every store I’ve been, they share their tape to close your packages, but guess what, this store charges you $1, cash only, to close your package, yes someone is stilling money, and I was not the first one today, there was like 10 $1 bills on the counter.
Is not about the dollar is about stilling money to the company customers.

I shipped a return package to Amazon, wherein UPS staff scanned my QRC code, then per the return instructions UPS would box it, label it, and ship it. Well, nearly 2 months later Amazon charged me for the item after giving a preliminary refund when I dropped it off at this location. Apparently, this UPS location returned an adult coloring book instead of the item I gave them!

The entire process is flawed…. Why should I be penalized for the couriers mistake. I’m sure this is not the first time for this location, as lately the staff are lacking focus and good customer service skills the last few times I have visited. What an awful experience I have had to encounter for their negligent behavior and incompetence.

Caucasian male with beard in front is VERY musty.employees should practice proper hygiene if they are gonna have poor customer service. I was going to wait for the gentleman to tape package after charging me for it.he handed me drop off receipt and stared at me feeling he was waiting for me to leave.

DO NOT DROP YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE if you want your refund on time and in full.
UPS employees will mess up your returns, switch with someone else’s by negligence and sometimes on purpose if you are the customer that means business and puts them in their place is you catch them not handling and or processing your package properly.
Females are meaner there.

Employees at this UPS have no clue what they are doing nor do they care about your packages.
If you drop off your Amazon returns here you are most likely instructed by Amazon to not package or label your returns and when you hand them over the counter they would just set them down on the stack of other dropped packages. This UPS has thought me to be mean and demand that they package my returns right away in front of me and affix correct return shipping label on appropriate package.

This store is complete trash. All the people are rude and lazy. You will always wait because the people are in the back talking to each other instead of serving customers. I will drive an extra ten minutes out of my way to the store in Fairfield to avoid ever setting foot in this dump again.

I was there to make a return from Amazon back in December, to my surprise the returned was never made, they took the item and never processed it resulting in Amazon charging me again.

Caution, when you drop off items to return to Amazon, they may mysteriously go missing and Amazon will never receive many of your returns and will try to charge you for them later.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. VERY DISORGANIZED AND THE GUY WHO WORKS THE COUNTER LOOKS LIKE HE REALLY HATES HIS JOB. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THE UPS STORE OFF OF 249 AND JONES. THOSE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

We frequently use this store since we have several family members out of town. They are friendly and helpful as time allows. We are grateful they are located close to us so we can take care of all family and business needs! Note: in general this is a very high traffic store. If you arrive during a high traffic time (lunchtime for example), I'd plan that it will take the staff some time to correctly support you and all the other customers in front of you. Better to get the zip code, address, and details right than to have mishaps on the shipping front.

The lady assisting me with my shipment was more interested in all the requirements for a UPS Freight Charges Collect than wanting to be helpful. Needed the billing address & phone number associated with the account number. I had the billing address but not the phone number. I'm shipping this to our customer using our customer's account number. I don't argue or show any attitude and I take my package & head for the door. When I get the door, she accuses me of being rude. I have shipped several packages in the past several months without issues. But this is the first time at this store. I'll go back the UPS Store I've used before.

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. The employees show no desire to help or even be working there. Their computers don’t work and you have to do everything yourself. Go somewhere else.

Today there was a nice kid in white t-shirt at the counter. When I was about to walk in a lady was coming out saying she's been waiting for 15 mins. I still went in and noticed 5-6 people ahead of me. The kid was attending to a man in an air force shirt who had a huge box, was asking many questions and had an attitude. The kid gave him a paper and offered to help put the box on the side. He then called for the next person in line. The man actually picked the box himself and was trying to stand it up in vain. He kept asking the kid if he checked the email. The kid, in between customers was checking and kept him posted on not receiving whatever he was waiting for. The man blabbering words walked away. I have no idea what was happening, who was right or wrong. But as the line kept getting shorter I realized that the kid was so sweet, respectful, fully knowledgeable, attentive and quick. When my turn came it was less than 30 seconds and I was done.
Before me there was a lady too holding up the line as her return was for USPS and not UPS. But was arguing about why she was told to come to UPS and then asked, "what should I do, where do I go. " The kid politely told her she needs to go to post office, being Sunday it was closed and tomorrow is Memorial holiday so she has to wait till Tuesday. She too barged out of the door.
I think we should come prepared and not hold up lines. I appreciated the kid for handling all the tough customers and their questions that were not even related to him yet he kept his cool and was polite and patient with everyone.

Refused to scan prepaid barcode saying it won't work, after telling him it does work And he did it unwillingly, it worked.didn't apologize or admit mistake. I am worried about the box I dropped of and how these people will treat it.

Pictures now charging a $1 to tape up each of your packages. So make sure you take your own tape or take it before you go.

Terrible customer service. The Hispanic lady in the front with the curly hair is so rude and always has an attitude when you ask her a question. It’s like she hates her job and it seems like she’s just making up prices when I ask her. I wouldn’t be surprised if she pockets the extra money she charges everyone. Taking my business to a diff ups in cypress.
