After receiving my urgently needed shipment and providing me with a tracking number, they called me at the end of the day and said they are unable to ship it. This is really unprofessional and inappropriate.

Went this morning to drop off Amazon return. The white short big girl with glasses does not know the returns policy for Amazon or may be just having a rough day. The package was delivered to my home in Amazon bag not in a box but she insisted that the return has to be boxed. I had to pull up the return policy for her to read thru but still she refused to scan the QR and take the return even though it's bagged and taped properly. I did not want to hold the line behind me anymore. She totally shut me down. I am not going back to that store again. Train your employees on policy and set the right service level expectations.
