This store is terrible. Manager Renee has an attitude problem. They reject our packages for stupid reasons so we go to the other store a little farther away and we never have issues. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Lockhill location and you won't have to deal with a Karen. Just look at the other reviews. I'm not alone. I will never do business at this location again. BTW, these aren't UPS, they are Mail Boxes Etc franchises. Not sure why they present themselves as UPS. Because of this they will not help you with UPS claims. When trying to file a complaint they refused to provide corporate information or the owners information. Very shady.

This place is awesome! I ship all packages and also have a mailbox there, too. The staff is friendly and kind. The two owners are so helpful and kind as well- great ladies! Thank you for everything you do for us!

Staff is prompt, courteous, and always professional. Service provided quicker than other UPS stores, in my repeated experience. Fully stocked with appropriate ancillary items for mail handling. Ample, easy parking.

UPS store NW Military & Huebner in San Antonio- Hispanic lady working the counter told me I did not have the correct labels for my return and that I should call Amazon to get them. I left my packages with return slip on the counter and walked out to get my phone from my car. Next thing I know. Wham.she drug the boxes (2- 48' ceiling lights with bulbs) out of the store and slammed them down on the sidewalk in front of my car. Whole interaction took less than a minute. Very bizarre!

Always amazing! I ship a lot for work and they always help in any way possible. The customer service is impecable, they always follow up, they help in any way possible. Highly recommend for literally any project you might have, from printing to packing to shipping. Always a pleasure working with this store.

Do not use this UPS store for any reason. Terrible customer service and always has new people that cannot do anything correctly. Submitted a printing service online and a day and a half later it still was not done after the promise time. Told me “I was about to start it and it’ll be done quick if you want to wait”. I asked if it could be done so quick then why is it not done a day and a half later? Could not give me a refund and did not even offer an apology. Also does not know how to process amazon returns correctly. Processes a return without the box then tries to charge me for a box. I said no and was going to bring it back later with a box and they said oh we already processed it, you are going to have to call Amazon for a new return QR code. So this store has cost me hours on the phone with UPS and Amazon customer service. Do yourself a favor and use another UPS store. It’ll be worth the drive.

In these difficult times with social separation we felt our daughter in Virginia needed a pick me up so we ordered her favorite cake, froze it and packed it in dry ice to ship from Texas. At the store, Renee informed us that there was a limit to the amount of dry ice that could be in the package and offered to unpack the box, remove the excess dry ice and repack the box. We had some serious reservations that the cake would make it but with Renee and the help of folks at the UPS store it made it in PERFECT condition. Kudos to the staff of UPS store 4997!

The worse UPS store! The staff has a bad attitude. I dropped off a package for Amazon to be returned and a day after I received at my house. Instead of returning it, they mailed back to me. I do not recommend this location.

5 star UPS experience! This store had extremely friendly and helpful staff members who provided phenomenal and efficient customer service. I had emailed over a long document to be printed and they had it ready to go as soon as I walked in! Additionally, the store was extremely clean and adhered to all of the necessary precautions for COVID-19. I will definitely be returning for more printing and shipping needs!

I went to return a car seat I purchased on amazon today and a woman who I presume was the owner scanned my shipping label Before telling me she couldn’t accept the return because it was sticking out of the box slightly. I then tried to fit it in the box but wasn’t able because I would’ve needed tools to disassemble it. I explained to her I’d just have to bring it back tomorrow, to which another employee explained to me I couldn’t because my shipping label had been scanned and can’t be given back to me. She explained I’d have to contact amazon to “see if they can send me another one”. When I finally obliged and said I would just purchase a larger box for it I was promptly charged $16.50 FOR A CARDBOARD BOX. The first woman obviously had no concern when she scanned in my label BEFORE informing me that everything had to fit in the box. I’ve returned multiple items to amazon even without packaging and NEVER had this issue. The second girl I spoke with was nice enough but the first who I believe was the owner was rude and obviously scanned my label to force me to pay what I had to in order to finalize a FREE return. Horrible experience and the owner of this place should be ashamed to run a business on such shady practices.

I've gone in a couple times to the store to return packages and everything was always smooth. They packaged my item and everything for me. Came in today and the lady in there said that I had to provide my own tape or get charged $2 for using theirs. While I understand it's only $2 it's the customer service aspect of it that was not fulfilled here. Had this came up before I would have been aware and prepared. This is the first time I heard about them doing this and when I asked if she could do it this one time since I hadn't been told before she declined. Drove over here for nothing.

Older white woman working there tonight when I came in to drop off my textbook rental gave me a hard time because apparently UPS “charges for taping boxes” now.really UPS? I’m a single mom and it’s the holidays, give me a break. I’ve never had an issue with UPS helping me out before and I’ve been renting textbooks since 2011 for both my undergrad, grad school, and now EMT school. She was kind enough to “waive the fee” this time with “no guarantee that my package would arrive to its designation” (although she did so with a rude/condescending look).
