The customer service guy was rude and the price of boxes was incredibly high. I would not go here again willingly.

I would give zero stars if I could. Boxes all over the floor of the store and had to wait to be helped by the single employee in the store. I had an Amazon return and the last time I brought a box taped closed, they opened it to confirm the contents. I did not tape the box shut today but the item was fully packaged and closed up inside. They charged me FIVE dollars to tape it closed. Are you kidding me? For two pieces of tape. Ridiculous. The loud religious music and prayers broadcasting over the radio were also incredibly unwelcomed. This isn’t a religious organization and it felt inappropriate. I’ll be using the S Lamar store in the future where the employees are always friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I am a frequent at this UPS store and am always greeted with a smile no matter who is working there. Not once has a package been lost from this location. Compared to the other shipping services in the area, UPS is always my top choice. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help!

I wish I could give negative stars to this place. This large guy needs a correction in attitude. Very bad customer service. He accused me of trying to put”responsibility “ on him for taping my box. The only reason I didn’t tape it is because my company paid ups to send packaging material for my equipment and ups did not send me enough packaging material. He was of 0 help. And I’m not going there again.

Made me wait 20 minutes in line just to tell me i need to pay for $3 for 5 inches of tape.

Been to this store twice. First time the guy yelled at me for no reason. Second time he charges me $3 for taping the box because "everyone else doesn't purchase tape". I shipped a large package to which I was instructed not to tape it until shipping. This guy (large guy) has insured that I will never come to this store again. His friend walked in as I was leaving with an open box and he didn't charge him for the tape.

Unfortunately, this store owner chose to not acknowledge the 8 people he had in line and the wait time was incredibly long. Awful Customer service.

No Wi-Fi & no competent staff. Showed them a pre-paid return for 2 boxes and he stated there had to be two papers for two boxes.despite the return sheet from Amazon clearly showing it was for 2 boxes.

Someone else’s package was incorrectly delivered to my address (same house #, wrong street). I called the UPS store so they could coordinate a pickup & offered the tracking number. The person on the phone wouldn’t help me and said I could call another phone # or just throw the packages away! Yikes!

Bad service there, they need people with better attitude. I was there today around 4: 30 and the only older guy who was working there had a bad attitude with me and with the lady in front of me about. He did not like my packing or hers and that’s the way l always send my package in a cardboard box like everybody else. I left and didn’t make a shipping with him

Place is awful. Made an appointment for a notary. Showed up 5 mins early. Notary wasn’t there. They told me he could be back soon or maybe not. I would advise going elsewhere.

This is my first review EVER!

Have you ever watched construction workers? One is working, and five are watching. That's what I observed at this UPS. An employee was drinking her drink while we waited in line, as one guy was helping a customer. I finally got her attention; she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I had a simple question, got it answered as well as a demanded to give her the boxes instead of offering to help. I have a service business and would starve if I treated my clients that way.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The same guy has always been extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service. He spoke to me extremely disrespectfully and treated me like I was a bother. I go in there happy and greet the employees with kindness and appreciation for what they do. This business is in my community and the only reason I ever go there is out of convenience. I will never set foot in here again.

Go anywhere else. The manager is so unhelpful. They don’t help you package literally anything, and after I put my labels on over 30 packages he decided to let me know a different kind of box would have been way cheaper. He even told me to go put my labels on the packages in my car? Bizarre

Mailed two boxes at the same time to the same address. I received two different tracking numbers. One box showed up and the other went missing. The packages contained discontinued electronics that were valuable to who I was sending to. I tried to file a claim for 3 months. I had to go back four times and kept getting told to come when the manager was in. Each time I was told to bring in proof of purchase or what the replacement items would cost. I took that in on my last visit and the manager told me he would call and he never did. I was given the 800 number for the UPS office and the tracking number for the missing package didn’t exist. It was never sent out and I never got refunded. I was labeled as a liar by the manager himself. I just gave up and will never do business with UPS or this mail office again. Absolutely horrible service and treatment.

Super slow service. Even with a line of 5+ people there’s usually only one register open. They no longer take USPS packages too

They took great care to package a computer that was being sent out of state. Everything went well and everyone was pleasant.

Ive had a mailbox here for years and everything is fine. These negative reviews are Karens the lot of them.
