The lady working there was so rude to me but nicer to other customers. I felt very uncomfortable and just had a terrible experience.

The first time I used this location as a pick-up site for my wine club shipment, they called me while I was TDY and threatened to send my wine back to the shipper if not picked up within several days. I pay $22 already to have the wine shipped, and they make me pay $10 on top of that to pick up from their location! That is the most backwards thing I’ve ever heard of. When I asked how I get it shipped to a UPS Access Point so I don’t have to pay that additional $10, the employee was very curt and did not respond to me telling her how much of an I convenience it was that I have to apparently file as a business to use UPS Access Point. I hope I never have to use this UPS again….

The employee that was directly helping me was pleasant enough however, her co-worker when asked a question spoke in an elevated tone and fast. In addition the co-worker spoke about me as if I wasn't standing directly across from her. I had to check her a bit by bringing it to her attention that because, she missed something that had been previously said, she was incorrect in what she had just said but, I also reminded her that because I don't work there and she was speaking so fast, I would like for her to explain again what she meant. I didn't interact with her too long but, she made the brief interaction stressful. Oooh and she had a mask on but, she didn't have it covering her nose in effort to protect herself, me or any other customers. That is just inconsiderate!

People are friendly and willing to help. My only suggestion is if you have an Amazon return snap shot the bar code before going in to the store. Phone signal sucks. But they tend to be willing to wait for you to pull it up.

You can't even call the physical location to speak to an actual human being. I have a package worth less than $10 dollars and UPS will not drop it off without a signature. They try to drop if off in the middle of a work week. Then want to charge $7 dollars to pick up at the store!? This is ridiculous! No signature is required for such a tiny and cheap package. UPS has always been the worst delivery they actually get -stars for their service.

There is a senior citizen lady who works at this store who is very rude. She always has a negative comment to say about my packaging and exhibits a poor attitude. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes for an Amazon return and notorizing of a document. Ms. Jordan was very amiable and efficient!

After UPS lost my package, I placed a claim and was granted an electronic refund that was delivered on 1/14/22. It has been a week and the store has failed to issue me my paper refund check.the store manager claim they don't have enough time to contact the general manager in order to issue the check.this whole process has been frustrating and causing extreme anxiety. I've also tried emailing the GM and off course no response.the stores employees were unable to give me a corporate or supervisor number as well.so I'm stuck in limbo and my package was shipped on the 15th of December.so I've been dealing with this for over a month.this is highly unprofessional and once I get my refund, I will not step foot into a UPS store ever again.also if I don't receive my refund by 1/28/21 I will be seeking legal council

Not so good at being open on time.it is now 9: 08am on 1/7/2022 and the doors remain locked. I have seen one person enter with keys at 9: 01am (the store was supposed to be open at 9am) and lock the door behind him. Not so much on timeliness here. At one point 4 cars were here, two have already left and I am now leaving also so I am not late for work.

I tried to use this as a pick-up point for a high value delivery, and they apparently refused the driver because the store 'wasn't open because of the holiday. ' A look at the tracker shows that the time fit well within their posted hours of operation. I had to call customer service and have a note specially placed in their files in order to get an item that I already paid for.

Have always been super helpful, above and beyond. I ship to this location for hold for pickup by my son. Never an issue and always extremely professional.

Went in on May 22, had to ship a faulty product to Cypress, Tx. Paid over $38 to have it shipped, it got as far as Willow Brook on May 26. It was then shipped back to the Killeen UPS store. UPS clearly dropped the ball, went to the store and was told we would have to pay an additional shipping charge to have it re-shipped. Not my fault, shouldn’t have to pay another charge. Staff was adamant, took our box, went to fed-ex. Arrived the next day, no problem. Never using UPS again. They still refuse to refund our original shipping charge.

Store refuses to take responsibility for the actions of the employee. Asked for a specific service only to provided with first the incorrect tracking number, package was not delivered on time advised nothing can be done because it was delivered in the time frame in which he set up the delivery incorrect

Come here very often, always in and out - versus when I was in FL, always had to wait in line.

EDIT: Not sure why several customers are giving one star because a store was shut down, that has nothing to do with rating/service. And others giving the store one star because UPS didn't deliver their packages - also has nothing to do with the specific store. Smh

Went in to drop off a package and one of the employees was not wearing a mask. Not sure if she was a manger or not, but apparently her fellow employees (who were wearing masks) and customer’s safety doesn’t matter to her. If the delivery driver who’s running around all day can wear a mask (he was in the store and was wearing one), the lady just sitting at the counter can wear one.
