The UPS Clerk who assisted me was inviting, welcoming and very courteous. He explained the process very well regarding my returns to Amazon.

The older lady was nice trying to find my package I had delivered there from Amazon. There's another lady there with reddish hair, she was rude, very rude. I'll never go to her line, IF I decide to use this location again. She's going to catch the right one, one day and get her feelings hurt.

The team at the Brenham TX UPS store went absolutely above and beyond to help me ship a ton of vintage accessories and Antiques that I purchased at Round Top. I rolled in at 45 minutes to close with a crazy looking fly-fishing lamp and a bunch of other items. Brian and his team were professional and totally saved me. I can't imagine how I would have gotten these items home to Wyoming with out their inventive solutions to ship them. After a brief discussion about how these needed to ship and when I needed them, Brian let me drop everything with their team. They then found - and made - boxes to fit the items and carefully packed and nested to get these to fit in the least number of boxes and ship for the most reasonable price. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour, everything showed-up the following week in perfect condition to my office. I made my flight and I'd recommend this UPS store and their helpful knowledgeable staff.

I struggled to decide if I wanted to leave this review but I’m sure once I left, the employees talked about me in a negative way because I was mistreated while I was there? !? ! I know this store can have very busy times, I’ve been a regular customer since moving here almost 3 yrs ago. I purposefully try to use local businesses when possible and I see the UPS Store as a premium service. I’ve paid for Christmas package wrapping, all my UPS and USPS shipping, bought supplies, and usually pay $3 and up for plain copies without a problem because I feel if I’m paying more that comes back to me as good customer service. I’ve been there when an employee was having a bad day and as the line slowly moved forward, I felt compelled to buy him lunch. When he refused to take my money, I told him God talked to my heart so please, it was only $10 but enjoy something on me. Sadly, I will never return to this store because I happen to be the only person in the store and I was chastised for not having my box taped. I told him that I have been coming regularly, I’ll pay extra, I appreciated all of the extra effort and no one has ever made it an issue before. I said this will be the last time I will come unprepared but he didn’t stop? I apologized and tried to take my package back but then it turned into a several minute discussion on what they aren’t obligated to do because they are too busy? I again apologized and stepped back looking over my shoulder so he could clearly see I was the only one there. Then he says they can’t tape everyone’s things because they open so many tapes, they end up becoming brittle and it gets wasted? I don’t mind paying more to get premium service and that’s what I thought this store offered. I hear people say for they don’t want Brenham to grow because they will lose the friendly hometown feel, ya well, me and my money felt like the most unwelcomed person on that day. I hope I never get treated like that again over a few strips of tape.
