The UPS Store, Longview TX

We had a great experience today! The UPS notary employee was beyond kind and helped us ASAP!

Went in today to get some papers Notarized and the store was crazy busy. The staff there got everyone in and out in the fastest time I had ever seen. It was kinda ridiculous how they managed to do everything while still being friendly and helpful. Becky was the lady who had helped me and was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. I found my favorite UPS!

Always very nice professional and easy to deal with! Very nice always smiling. Will continue to do business here!

There are usually several people in the store when I come in, but the man the front counter very well and I am rarely ever in there for more than a few minutes. My last Amazon return literally took only a few seconds. The most difficult part is finding a parking spot. The rest is a breeze.

Kaelyn is an earthside angel day saver! There’s never been a time I’ve had to sit and wait. She’s efficient, and so knowledgeable and will absolutely go above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner. She never is off the clock! If I text and ask her a question she is on it! I had to ship a set of truck rims to VA and this was my 1st time doing something like this and the lady's there where so helpful and nice, It was like I was in a commercial or something! Best service ever.

May was so nice and helpful today! After my daughter's graduation, I came in to INQUIRE about the cost of copies. I am off work so that wouldve been no problem to come back. She was eager to help eventhough it was almost closing time! I love an employee that goes above and beyond!

The clerk who handled this was extremely helpful. We had tried to get a return label several times from the company, but failed. She took the time to sort out the issue and find a resolution! WOW!
