The UPS Store, Spring TX

I visit UPS regularly and always have a great experience. I was in the area so visited this location for the first time and they charge $1 to put tape on my box. The other UPS locations I visit do not charge this fee. The employee explained that each location has a different owner and his has chosen to charge this fee. Fine.

However on the customer service end of things, not cool. Would make much more of an impact and incentivize me to return to your location if it was a courtesy service like the several other UPS I visit. Fiscally, doesn’t make much sense either considering the merchant credit card fees owner subjects themself to for having charged the fee in the first place. I encourage you to rethink this and maybe you’ll get more business. Sincerely, disappointed

Let me tell you, James and Bryce rock. My dad is not tech savvy at all, but they were very patient and helped him through the whole process. You can tell they weren’t annoyed either! They took pride in helping someone who didn’t know their way around the difficult UPS system. 10/10 reccomend this location for any of your mailing needs.

This store is terrible and terribly inconsistent. Find another store to conduct your business.

I visited the store on 5/4/23 to fax, use computer and print. James was THE nicest person I had dealt with all day. He was helpful and friendly and talkative which isn’t very common around here. When his coworker Brice showed up they very quickly helped 8-10 customers and me in the middle. These guys were professional, easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and best of all funny while multitasking! Honestly I laughed as I left…. These guys get a 10! After reading several a reviews on here I see that some people just always going to complain. I think maybe in some instances the customers are the problem!

Bryce and James (worker #2) are a couple of stand up citizens. Positive energy and very helpful young men.

The UPS Store location was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable of the services offered. I will visit again and recommend others to experience the wonderful customer service.

Bryce so very kindly helped make sure that the programs for my brother’s Celebration of Life service were done correctly and looked professional on good quality paper. He showed great sympathy & reverence. He’s always efficient when I come in to return pkg.
James is good humored and gets my pkgs ready to mail and helps with quick returns too. It’s a pleasant atmosphere.

Bryce and James were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome when we were there to get some documents notarized. Even though Bryce was on a break, he came out to help us. We had a wonderful experience.

I always go to this ups for my package delivery, or Amazon returns, i even got some documents notarized.
The the workers are very friendly and helpful and fast.
