I had to do 3 Amazon returns. In the middle of helping (I think his name was Hamza?), the power flickered and went off. The store staff started taking pics of Amazon QR codes and still kept taking packages while remaining u flustered and doing their jobs. I had no way to pay for the small box and bag needed to complete the return. No electricity, no register. He said don't worry about it. I was impressed by the team.

I went to use the computer to print two items. The gentleman was helpful. However, when I asked the young lady who was working how to use the computer. She didn’t know and kept working. She did not even try to find out. Not enough people to help customers.

Had a print job and these guys were awesome! Called me with questions, pick up was quick and easy. Employees are so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

I have been trying to pay my mailbox by going into the office calling several times etc. Only the manager can do it but she never calls me back and she’s never in the store!

Most of the time the employees are dry and lack enthusiasm.as if they're not allowed to speak to customers.but they're fast and efficient so I know not to expect any friendly chat when I go.

Update: I guess someone read my review lol.
Lately the customer service has been much better! They're not only speaking, it seems genuine!

Horrible they will cancel your pick up order for what I dont know UPS tracking system is always down the UPS driver didn't pick up my package all because on the label it didn't have apartment it just had the address and the # with my appointment- common sense it's a apartment its not my fault you all messed up on my label

This is the only place I mail my packages through and there customer has always been good! But today that guy Eric, I think he’s new, his service was bad, no respect, talking to all the customers like he’s having a bad day! Training is needed. Not good! Very disappointed

My wife and I do a lot of shipping and printing. We've met inconsistencies through out our visits of stores. Not at this store, all employees were helpful, kind and showed genuine interest in helping other customers as well by going the extra mile. My wife is pregnant and they offered to help her bring in her packages and always help her with labeling. Their prices are reasonable and consistent (don't tell you one thing and then change it.)

I went in yesterday to pick up a print job that was not complete. I requested binding and a front and back cover. The machine used to bind was not working. Someone could have called and said this instead of stating the job was complete.

There was one particular employee (female) that was there yesterday evening that was beyond rude. I asked about the binding, she flipped her hair and said she didn’t know about the binding because she didn’t “do it”. When I attempted to give her feedback about how she could have checked, she cut me off and stated thank you. Rochelle, was helpful and I appreciate her assistance. As a business owner, I will NEVER go to this location again.

2 stars because I was able to send a package.at least I think I was. No courtesy, no communication, and nearly monosyllabic responses to any questions. Wow. I’ve had better experiences in foreign country shipping centers when I didn’t even speak the language.

Went online made an appointment for the Notary drive over 10 miles arrive to store to see a sign on door “No Notary at this location”.
