Store #3930 - should out to this store. They are always smiling, eager to help, and move the line quickly. Extra shout out to Joseph who I feel I see every time I go. A pleasure to work with always, today helped me in a pinch. Hardworking And definitely a positive, contagious attitude. Thank you! You rock Joseph!

If I could give Zero stars, I would. My daughter needed to a single page document printed and the employee wanted her to use the computer for $2 for the first 5 minutes plus additional fee. Unfortunately all of the bad reviews are true. Don't waste your time. Went to staples and 15 cents later, my daughter had her document.

I had an amazing experience with this company the other day. This was my first time mailing out a package and I was very confused. Luckily Matthias was there to help me. He made sure that I knew what to do even when he wasn't there. This was a great overall first experience and I will be sure to come here again!

I had to go deliver a package today and was in a rush, but thankfully Matthias happened to be there! He was extremely helpful and kind, not wasting a single second in aiding me. Very thankful to have a reliable UPS in my area.

Extremely poor customer service. They charge to print the UPS a label for amazon shipment. What kind of joke is this? UPS shipping store charging for printing the UPS shipping label.

The customer service person was super rude and wanted us to use their shop computer to print the label… The computer was out of order and she still charged us for the computer and the label!

Best part of all is that the store clerk said you can go to FedEx location to print UPS label for lower price! What kind of customer service is this?

Never had such an experience in a UPS store. I would not recommend this place for any one.

Not very happy with owners instructions towards customer service. Very unfriendly and uninformed. They have you do everything for them now from printing labels and packaging items for Amazon with attitude.

Waste of time and money!
I was told by an associate that this location does not print from their email, so I needed to use the computer. Like most people, I don't remember my passwords because their autosaved on my phone and computer. Their computer gives you 5 minutes before it prompts you to stop what you're doing and pay the $2. All I needed was an Amazon label and return slip to be printed and they could've charged a little more for their extra effort. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay even more for something so simple. No one asked if I needed help.
When I was an associate at the UPS store, this was not an issue.

HORRIBLE STORE- 2 AMAZON packages disappeared from there store in the last year- keep your copy of the receipt if you go there.

Unfortunately this store has decided to try a different system for Amazon returns. They now require the customer to scan, bag (all sizes of which are not available at the ready), secure and label their own returns. I will definitely not be choosing this location to do business with, as this system took me three times as long and I had a small child with me.

I don't know why some young adult workers don't have good manners and skills to do customer service. These girls have a problem they are rude, and they make you feel they are superior. The shorter one is the worst. I will never go back. I prefer to drive to the one at MacArthur and Beltilline. I really think the good reviews are from friends or minorities get the worst customer service.

Ok, since I’ve opened my mailbox at this location, at every visit they have been jammed packed with people and boxes handling their business. God has given me the assignment of servicing the service industry and I see why, they deserved to be recognized. HELLO ALL WHO READ THIS POST, LET’S ALL LEAD by GOD’s example and do what we can to appreciate and be grateful of the people who services our ‘mostly wants, less likely needs’ of this thing we call life. And for the record, you haven’t really lived unless you know GOD.
