I am very pleased with each and every representative that I have encountered at this store! They work very hard to keep the line rolling, and I cannot name a time that I have gone in and have had to wait long. Cameron is awesome! He is very swift and respectful, and he makes sure to answer all questions and provides assistance needed. Thank you UPS for having these wonderful individuals!

You shouldn’t call to your fellow employees and holler “dude you just missed a fight” right as soon as an angry customer turns and walks away from the counter. That’s not very professional, is it: D

Don’t waste your time at this location. The staff here are a waste of time, space, and oxygen and that is my honest review. Take the 10 extra minutes drive and go elsewhere. The last few times I’ve come here, it’s been an absolute waste. That is all.

Been using this UPS store for a few years to return packages. Now been using them for other services. They are always so helpful and nice! They get things done quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate.

I WENT TO UPS STORE TODAY ON SOUTHEAST LOOP. A NEWLY HIRED CLERK WAS ASSISTING ME. SHE WAS TRYING TO INFORM ME OF THE PACKAGING I USED COULD TEAR. I WASN'T QUITE UNDERSTANDING, SO TIFFANY STEPPED IN TO ASSIST. SHE WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO ASSIST IN GETTING MY PACKAGE INTO THE PROPER PACKAGING. THANK YOU UPS FOR AN EMPLOYEE WHO GOES THE EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMER. I TRULY LEFT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I come here to pick up work packages frequently. Nate, Ryan, Tiffany, Jeff, and Cam have always been helpful, kind, and professional. This is a great place to handle your shipping needs!

I go in to pay for a notary service, which they paid $ to market to me that they do this (so the marketing worked & I’m in the building waving my credit card), & the clerk tells me I can’t do it today bc it’s a store policy I have to “schedule a notary service” - which of course they told me I can’t do until Monday (today’s Sat).

There was only 1 other customers in the store so they weren’t busy.

This is what happens when middle-managers overthink things.

Lost revenue & unhappy customers who have to jump through hoops so they take their business elsewhere.

There is a reason this store has a 3.8 Star Rating…

I avoid this location because of the attitude I received from an employee. I have had nothing but headache from UPS for the last 3 years. They used to be the best, then I don’t know what happened. My packages sit at the local warehouse for a week or more before even being assigned an estimated delivery date. Sometimes, our packages are even dropped off at my local post office for delivery, after having sat for a week or 2 at the warehouse. It has taken us a month at times to receive packages from within the continental US. Packages are consistently battered as though they were thrown multiple times. They sometimes have holes big enough to remove the product from the box. The last UPS delivery person who came to our door broke my cactus in half! I think he threw my package and it hit my cactus plant that was on my shelf by my door. So I open my door and he’s running towards the truck and my poor cactus is on the ground next to a box that looked like it had been run over after being on his truck for a month. (And yes, it took well over a month for them to deliver this one too, after being shipped to a warehouse 2 hours away from us only to go back to a location 6 states away). Once, I ordered hundreds of dollars in fresh fish through Seatopia via overnight delivery. I begged them to use Fedex and they declined. Sure enough, my fish sat in the local warehouse rotting for days before I received it. Don’t bother with customer service. After hours of trying to get through, they insulted me and said that all of my packages were on time because they never assigned an estimated delivery date so technically they couldn’t be late. I don’t know how these guys are still in business, but I will continue to complain to everyone I order from about the shoddy service. USPS is cheaper and better by far.

I've been using this UPS site for my company shipping for awhile. Let me say this. I have used many UPS stores, this site by far and hands down has got to my favorite. The service is quick and always with a smile. I honetly look forward to coming in. Tiffany, Nate, Jeff, Cam and Ryan in my opinion are a great team and give the UPS brand a great customer impression.

I'm in several times a week, some weeks, everyday, shipping for my business, MUGGIEZ. Tiffany, Jeff, Cam, Nate & Ryan always acknowledge customers coming in the door & are always eager to help with our large & bulky shipments. I see them all extend this same courteousness to customers across the board.
