The UPS Store reviews
13The service was really good. I ended up in the store without any preparation. The representative without being frustrated by how ill-prepared I was, explained to me all the steps I need to carry out and printed the label for me. This all was done with a very warm gesture. This will be my to-go UPS store.
Fast service every time. In and out in 2 mins most of the time for package drop-off. Friendly and efficient.
I already wrote a review on Yelp. I experienced very poor service that the owner called it world class
This store was the most impartial to race (black people). I felt violated.
Especially since they have a business relationship with Amazon customers.
1. The guy did not help me with the large packages I had in my hand. At least If I am walking to the door and enter the store with a large package then the courteous and above approach thing to do is too be helpful. Not this store. The young man was not rude, but he definitely showed me he was not going to help me. He also stood onone side of the register and made Me pack the boxes to the other side. I asked him for some tape and he said, “no” and suggested I purchase my own tape. He made me pay for the Amazon label and a box to place my items in. This was my first time to ever spend $20 to send back Amazon items. This was the worst experience ever. The UPS store on MacArthur Blvd in Irving TX is the best. They have always packed, taped and labeled my items for me. I will not ever return to Coppell TX UPS store again.
They are racist and I felt it.
I will be calling Amazon to complain also.
I wasn't trying to leave the review for the store but for ups in general. The store is fine the help was great and very informative.
I paid for a package to be delivered in 2 days it took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. I tried to get my money back and ups billing told me I don't qualify for a refund even though I paid 20.00 to have it shipped in two days and it didn't get there until 2 weeks later I'm very displeased and upset with ups. FedEx would have never!
The guys working in this store are complete bullies.
Never will i ever use UPS ever. The guy yelled at me because he was arguing about me not having the code on my phone to scan and made me pay to print it out. A shame to the UPS industry.
These guys are very quick with their processing. Had to return some packages to Amazon and I was in and out in 2-3 minutes with receipt in hand.
It was my first time getting something notarized, the guy in notary was a great help unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He also gave me great advice on how many stamps to use for my envelopes The other guy working with him seemed to be new but that didn’t stop him from being really nice and friendly. I had no problems with him. Everyone has to start somewhere and looks like he has a great coworker to help him.
The lady there was clueless when asking for a notary services. She didn’t know what or where to sign. She was asking me. The service should have been free. A guy came and finished.
Personally I ship from this place any chance I get. I used to work here, and I know the owner legitimately cares about any packages that get shipped out. I know several other stores that wouldn't put in half the effort to follow up with lost packages or any other customer needs.
One of the worst ups I ever see. They don’t even know how to treat customer.will never go there. The notery Chinese dude is even worst he act like he is doing for free.common dude we r paying you guys
Stay away from ups I shipped 3 boxes on dec 18th from toronto and was promised 3 day shipping it's now Jan 4th still no boxes and no help from ups fed x or the post office is a much better choice
I have had a business address there with Alex since 2013, no issues. I also ship almost weekly with him and the overall service is exceptional. It can get busy around lunch time but otherwise just a great experience. Note I pass three other UPS stores on the way to use this place.
