This place never open on time! It says open 8AM from Monday to Friday but NO. Need to know who exactly the manager or supervisor on this area and correct the staff.the website also saying it is open but NO!

Dropped off a return, for Amazon. The package wasn't sealed. The young lady scanned the bar code. I asked her if she wanted to see if the item was in the package, she started, nah, "it's whatever y'all drop off". Well. Is that how it works.

Went to this location today to return my spectrum equipment. And this store doesnt do that. She advise me to go to the further locations when this one is in my area

This UPS store has lost my business for good, I let the small stuff go, like the terrible customer service and unfriendly employees, but losing my 2 Amazon returns was the final straw. This store hires the least competent people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had a bad feeling when I came in on 7/9 and I should have went to a different store. I tried to file a claim and I can’t, the tracking number doesn’t work either. Gave this store 2 Amazon packages for return on 7/9, well Amazon says my packages haven’t been returned and haven’t even been scanned but yet I have a receipt. So what did UPS do with my packages? No clue. Hopefully I can get my money back from Amazon since I have proof that I returned them.

Came to the UPS store just to find the door's lock. There's about four customers sitting outside, and it's a little past 3pm. Called and no answer.

They overcharged me by about 50% on a package I shipped with them. I had looked up the rate online before I went and it was much lower, but when I brought it up they said that the online rate isn't the store rate. But no, I just looked at my receipt, and they added inches to every dimension of my box.

Using their dimensions, what they charged me was exactly what the UPS website said. Using the actual dimensions, I paid over $53 for a package that should have shipped for $35.

I don't know if they are intentional stealing or just have no clue how to use a tape measure.

I used the UPS online system to calculate the price, and *I* rounded up each dimension to the nearest inch. Their employees added inches to EACH dimension, beyond the rounded-up number I used. One side was only rounded up one extra inch (I think 14" on a box that I called 13", because it was actually just under 12 1/16") and the others were "rounded" by even more inches.
I wish I'd seen the owner's response sooner so I could give exact dimensions, but I've thrown away the receipt by now.

Also, if you're obligated to charge the same rate, you might want to have your employees stop using the "different rate" lie to excuse their fraud. If you ever see me back in your store, it will be with hidden camera to collect proof.

I payed 34.00 to send a package to Austin. They couldn't find the address that the USPS had no problem with. Instead of delivering the package back to me they kept it and can't find it. I have spoken with them several times, since March 29. I even spoken to the manager who said he file a claim, once the 7 business days were up I didn't get any calls. I went to the store for a refund, they said they couldn't because the claim was open, even though it was past the 7 business days. I called the 1-800 number, turns out the MANAGER never made a claim. I lost 34.00$, a job, and my dental license process has been delay.costumer service in this store is horrible.

Waited for the store to open with several other customers and the employee unapologetically opened up 10 minutes late. Once inside I explained that I needed to send a package out to California with a return label inside the box so the item in the box could ultimately be returned to me after it was repaired. I was told that they can’t do that and have never provided that service. Frustrated, I returned to my truck and called two other UPS stores and asked if what I needed could be done. Both stores affirmed that they could do it.
I returned inside and told the young lady I found a store to do it, she still insisted it couldn’t be done. My observation was that she wasn’t interested in doing her job.

I took it to another UPS service provider on Hondo Pass and my package was mailed successfully with a return label inside.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I went in trying to send a package. No one was even at the counter. The girl who came out from behind looked annoyed and I didn’t even get greeted in. Once I told her I needed to return a package, and I didn’t notice I didn’t have the packing slip with me so I would have to print it, she gave me all the fees associated which was by far not a problem with me. Her attitude got worse as I told her okay I’ll need to print the slip and pay whatever I needed to pay. She then proceeded to state she couldn’t help me with printing because it was on my phone? Okay, so why not start with that. By far the worst experience ever! You’re better off going to the Postal Annex on Hondo Pass if you need to send anything because clearly this place doesn’t need business.

I sell on ebay and unfortunately some of the stuff i sell is heavy. 100lbs max. Every time i go in this particular store they always roll their eye and begin huffing and puffing because they dont want to deal with my heavier packages. Really? Isnt that what you get paid for? The max weight is 150 lbs and i never go over 100 and omg do they make a stink face when i take my packages, and its this particular store only because i have been to other stores and they do amazing with helping and customer service but this store just doesn’t care. Hope a manager sees this and talks to the employees. Yea we dont always like what we deal with at out jobs but we have to have good customer service not huff and puff about what u dont like specially infront of cuatomers what a shame from a so called professional company
UPDATE: Apparently its not enough the horrible way I was treated, now my customer tells me he received the package damaged. He sent pictures to me and it’s apparent someone did the damage on purpose. I giled a complaint and ofcourse they dont want to pay for the damage even after I INSURED THE PACKAGE! Let me summarize this, bad attitude by employees, damaged package, they dont want to pay after I spent extra on insurance. I will not let them get away with this, im taking them to small claims court. How can this particular store still be in business I mean just look at all the bad reviews they have. See u in court UPS

I placed a print order 23 March 2023 for pick up on 24 March 2023. When I did not receive the pick up notification by the 26th, I called. No one answered. I went to the location and asked for the items. I was told my Natalie that she could not access the system to get my print job, didn't know when she'd be able to access it, and couldn't call anybody. I told her to cancel the order and give me a refund. She said that I wasn't charged and that I wouldn't be until it printed. I reiterated that I wanted the order CANCELED.

On 3 April 2023, I called again to make sure the order was canceled. I spoke to Natalie again and she reiterated that the system was down and that they had no idea when it would be up. I reiterated that I wanted the order CANCELED- something that apparently could not be done until the system was up and running again (which, according to Natalie was sometime in the unknown future).

By this time, I had already gone to Postal Annex and had the documents printed- for approximately 2/3 of the price! Then, on 11 April 2023, I received an email telling me that the print order that I canceled twice as ready for pick up. I checked my card, and I'd been charged!

I was livid. I called them to ask for a refund! I needed the print job when I ordered it, not when they were good and ready. Besides, their lack of care meant I would NEVER use UPS again! I again spoke to Natalie. She told me I now had to go to the location to get my refund. I reiterated to her that I had spoken to HER TWICE and canceled the order TWICE. This was her mistake and I now had extra work because of her- she could at least apologize. Instead, she handed me off to a manager. I told him the same thing I stated here, including how I had spoken to Natalie TWICE about this same issue and how this was inconvenient for me and she at LEAST owed me an apology. His response was "I can't make her say 'that'. "

The words "I'm sorry" do not seem to be in the vocabulary of anybody who works there. It was not only a waste of my time and attempted theft of my money, it demonstrates a complete lack of care and simple respect.

If their goal was to lose a customer, earn bad Google and BBB reviews as well as an Attorney General complaint, they have succeeded.

I trusted these guys with the watch worth $20,000 that needed to go get repaired in New York City. It arrived in a timely fashion and the owners of the boutique commented on how well packaged it was. I go here for all of my mailing needs I sent a friend of mine some enchiladas to North Carolina, too

Very bad experience. One of my packages was sent back to the sender. I purchased the 3 month personal mailbox for $93. The lady who helped me I think her name is Destiny, short, glasses, light skinned, and monotone voice. When she was done telling me where to sign and initial and I did, right away she just said, “ok you’re done. ” I was like, that’s it? What’s the address? She just said it’s box 127, I couldn’t understand her so I asked again, she just said 127. Come to find days later when I went in person to see if I received anything she said no and it’s box 129. I told her well you told me 127 and she was like no. I wasn’t going to argue so I just left. Next time I call to see if my packages got there, only three of the four did. When I went to pick up another lady, Natalie helped me out, very attentive and helpful. She even let me know that my keys will get there probably next week gave my packages and even gave me in a card the correct way on how the senders can put the address. I never see a manager there. There is only one lady in front helping, the 3 times that I’ve went. Such a shame that when you have a concern like this one, there’s no manager. I will be calling corporate. The two stars is in consideration of the lady that helped me otherwise it would have been 0 stars.
