Michelle is a LEGEND! I had to change the address on the package which I dropped was about 40 mins away from the store. I called and asked about her, she helped me right away!

Love the employees at this location always greeting me when I come in and offering suggestions as far as shipping my package is the correct way. And Donnie is a wonderful manager. This guy always goes above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

On Friday July 28th, I have visited this UPS store. The representative Don…. Was really unprofessional. I have been in many UPS stores, but this experience have been 1 of 10.

I have never been anywhere that a that an employee has broke my personal belongings! For starters I’m 8 weeks pregnant. I walk into the store a whole different gentleman is helping me and he tells me I have to pay three dollars to print a label. My only question was since it was a UPS label Did I have to pay the three dollars? (I sell items on Poshmark and I’ve never had to pay for a label previously so I was just curious)

I visited the UPS near at Main Street, The Colony today because 3 weeks before I send a package to Dallas and it was never received. So the reason after I checked their website just yesterday I file a claim and it was closed by today and they need further information. The website clearly states you can visit the shipped location. I printed the papers I received online. But, Unfortunately, I got one employee who is very unwelcome to the customer. He was not at all helpful after I explained the situation. He just argued and random reasons and explanation that the website asked to call them not to come here. I said I logged into the UPS web and it says you can visit the store and they would be able to help. Also, on my way I called the customer care as well. He argued again that you print this paper at 1: 45 and made call not to wait till 2: 30pm. I tried to explain that I printed the paper for my sake doesn’t mean that I called them right away. Well, he has no listening ability instead just arguing. He gave me a number to call which was not the actual number to call. I hope he’s not the store manager with his attitude.
Because he has to learn how to deal a customer who’s desperate to get a help.
For me, That employee demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service skills throughout the entire interaction. He was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked questions and attitude was unacceptably rude.
I believe that UPS prides itself on its commitment to exceptional customer service, and I sincerely hope that my experience is not reflective of the standards upheld by this organization. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the behavior and attitude of the employee in question. It is crucial for UPS to maintain its reputation as a trusted and customer-oriented service provider.

This store is amazing, even if you have to drive further passing other ups stores, do it. Store 5168, no one likes dealing with packages, but these folks did an amazing job. I came in with like 4-5 large heavy items (hammock, work out equipment etc) and no complaints. They assisted me right away and we're polite. After I got my items in the gentleman actually came from behind the counter to help me with boxing my items up. I've never seen that before. I've always seen clerks just sit and stare. Not only did he help me pack and we got done faster, but we also ran a little past closing time. He was smiles and polite the whole time. If only ever other ups operated like this one. Thanks guys!

This was my first time coming to this location since moving to Frisco and what can I say the service here was AWESOME! Quick and easy. Very neat business. I came for some Amazon Returns and print out. The store associate Byrd took care of me. She was very respectful and gave EXCELLENT customer service! I will definitely continue to come here for all my shipping needs in the future!

Absolutely the last time I will use this store. Theyve been rude in the past. But the girl working the counter i had 4 amazon returns and shes swiping and going as fast as she can and showing obvious attitude that they werent perfect shes throwing boxes and I can hear her running her mouth. You should be ready she said… I was ready, she wasny looking what shes doing and shes just dripping attitude. Forget that…theres a UPS store on every corner or fed ex.

Donique was awesome today. Super friendly and very helpful and took the extra time and care to make sure I got everything I needed. She packaged up my gift well and made sure I got the right the pricing on shipping as well as answering my questions about getting a PO Box. Thanks to Donique I had a great experience.

“I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for.

Also, I was so pleased with the services of Byrd; that I received from the UPS business. She went over and beyond to complete my multiple transactions. I am so happy my packages were processed correctly and efficiently. She Rocks! ”

I was so sad to have one of the worst customer service experiences that I can comment.
I left a package for an overnight delivered and after a week, still not delivered.
Then I go to the store looking for help, but the only response I got is: we only take the package and UPS does the rest.
I got that, but you do have a customer in front of you. Then do your part. They told me to come back when the owner is there for my refund, maybe that was the reason they were acting like that, the owner was not at the store.
Telling me: 'let me finish' when I talked to clarify information received, was the worst.
Saying: 'I do apologize' when you don't mean it. Its awful.
That guy with the tag upside-down, needs some training on ways to assist, attend and promote customer service.

Rudest person ever. Never going back. Looks like the person who I was talking goes by name Reddy. He might be the owner of this store. Hope UPS trains these people on how to talk to customer and show some respect to customer.
