The UPS Store, Houston TX

I went earlier today and Cynthia was very informational on all the questions I had she has a lot of experience and she told me she has worked there for 20 years! Definitely deserves a raise

I had a bit of a mix-up and misunderstanding with some store staff members - primarily Ms. Cynthia, but Ms. Keona was amazing - she has excellent customer service skills and knew to call on her manager Ms. Sheena to resolve the issue. I appreciated Ms. Sheena’s understanding and swift resolution. I will be back to use the store’s services next year when I am back in town! Thank you Ms. Keona and Ms. Sheena!

Sheena and Cynthia are just wonderful! They are always focused on helping with shipping, postage stamps, copies or mail needs. I am very happy with the service and quality advice whenever I have a project for The UPS Store. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

BEWARE! I shipped two packages at this location two weeks ago and somehow one of them *magically* disappeared and never left the store. Of course it was the more valuable one with electronics. Shame on me for not hiding the contents that were highly visible to the young male clerk. When I called them I was dismissed and told to do a tracer without any questions. I had the scanned receipts so I submitted a claim and UPS processed it swiftly for the "lost" package. It was obviously stolen, but there was no care taken or investigation into it which is surprising with all of the cameras in the store. Makes me wonder if this isn't commonplace or an inside job. Do NOT drop off anything here unless it is easily replaceable. If you do, make sure to take pictures and insure your contents correctly. Very disappointing when you can't even trust UPS store employees.

The girl that is I think it was a girl said her name was Serena was very RUDE and needs more customer service training

I’ve been going to this particular UPS store for sometime now as the service is fantastic! Cynthia in particular has always been very helpful, friendly and responsive with my requests.

Every time I have been to this location, either Cynthia or Sheena are so helpful and friendly. You cannot go wrong with this location. The service is quick and friendly.

Awesome place, I started coming here now instead of usps. Super friendly and great hours. There’s one specific cashier who helped me out a lot told me everything I needed to know to get all my packages delivered out accordingly

I always drop off at this location because the staff is really friendly and helpful. Today, Cynthia was really kind and easy to work with to quickly drop off a few packages. Parking is limited but customer service makes up for it!

Helped me out with my shipping needs very quickly. They helped me box and wrap items that they didn’t have to out of kindness. Definitely recommend this location:)

There are many UPS locations. Not all are created equal. I had a time sensitive item. Cynthia at this location went above & beyond to help me get it done!

I'm so fortunate to have found a UPS location that actually does what they advertise.
