6The young lady who works there with the long braids is very sweet and patient. She took her time to help my mom through returning her amazon purchases. I will definitely come back here and recommend this store for the service she gave! She definitely went above and beyond to help. Wish there were more people like her in the world.
We visit this location all the time but this particular day stood out from the rest, we were assisted by Andrea who was so kind, respectful, & went above the average service we normally receive here. In a world where people aren’t the kindest to others she’s definitely the opposite and we truly appreciate her for being a light in our day!
Multiple times now the staff has been very unfriendly and even complaining about the work they are doing. During my most recent visit, no one greeted me upon arrival. And while there was only one other customer in the building, I waited for approximately 10 minutes to be helped. I had packages to mail, returns for Amazon, and I needed notary services.
However, because the document I needed notarized was related to a will, the staff at UPS refused to help citing company policy.
This UPS Store is closer to my commute than others, but I will probably start making the extra trip for a better experience at a different one.
Very Very rude employees. No respect for customer's, at all. I wouldn't use this ups store in Kingwood, except for it the closest to Me here in Porter. Have to save gas, otherwise, I'd never inter this out of control, rude employees ups store. Adam
I was returning an Amazon order. I decided to go to this particular UPS store. I found parking easily and was in and out in under 10 minutes.
The person helping me was polite and competent. She had no problems with me taking pictures of what I was returning, putting it in the box and the labeled box for return.
