The UPS Store, Irving TX

I have been using this store now for approximately about 2 years and they're one of the most attentive, kind, respectful and easy going establishments that I work with in this entire metroplex. They deal with a lot of stuff and handle it absolutely professionally and beautifully every time. Sometimes there can be 15 people in the lobby and they do their best to make sure that they get everybody handled in a fashionable amount of time. If you're going to come into a store without a box that's not on them, it's on you. You're unprepared and need to be prepared next time you arrive. It's common practice in life, but I do truly appreciate everybody on the staff at this location. Y'all are wonderful! Thank you so much!

I have been here many times and have been delayed or attended inappropriately. I don't know why this store has a lesser rating. It is always quick. The only negative aspect of this store might be the size, but I personally never had any issue even during the holiday season where there are a lot of people having many returns. The staff was friendly always and helpful too in getting heavy things inside the store.

This place does not even deserve one star, lousy customer service, something terrible happened to me, I sent a package and I had to confirm the address 4 times because the person who attended me always wrote it wrong and that was not all, I sent on Tuesday and it arrived to its destination on Friday and it never arrived, I followed up with my receipt number and it appears that the box arrived empty at its destination and that there was a theft, call customer service and make the claim and they tell me to go to the office where I sent it and when I get to the office I asked to speak to the manager and she tells me that she can't do anything, I showed her my receipt for the purchase I had made, I spent $1400 and I have no solution and they don't tell me where my package is He only tells me that it was a robbery and they can not do anything, I will never return and I hope that many who read this take into account how terrible this is

I am taking the time to write this review, as individuals who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service deserve to be celebrated and supported. This is the case of Chris, owner of this UPS location. I called yesterday, (August 9,2023) with a delivery concern and she took the time to address the challenges for me. She provided excellent guidance throughout the process until it was resolved. She truly cares about customers. Even though, this was my first-time contacting Chris, she showed professionalism and effectiveness. Thanks to Chris's support this sensitive situation was addressed. A very pleased customer. Janet

Use to return Amazon packages. Always been helped quickly, and they have packaged returns. I do get charged for materials as expected.

Manager at this location is amazing! She knows the definition of going above and beyond to help customers. I was so impressed by her excellent customer service. She is the petite, short blonde hair, manager.

Maybe I'm just getting lucky, but I've yet to have a bad experience with this specific location. I've shipped a lot of expensive items and this is the closest store to where I live. Friendly employees and the line moves pretty quick when there is one.except when someone shows up wanting to do at the store what they should have done at home, pack and be organized.

Very quick response and support from the staff. Easy processing of shipping and packaging facilities.

I went to this location to return some Amazon defects. The store was well staffed. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Great small business.
