The UPS Store, Fort Worth TX

I have been to this UPS store many, many times. They probably think I return every thing that I buy from Amazon.but I actually keep more than I return. One of the employees is always pleasant and helpful. The other one, not so much. I was sooo disappointed to find out that to simply print a label for mailing is now $2.15! I think it’s outrageous.

I love this UPS location and the employees. They are very friendly and I would totally recommend if you need mailing services. Quick services and always smiling:) thank you.

Construction is a PAIN at times! But this is my goto store for my mad dash shipping and postal needs. Hi staff, whats good?

Give it up for Justin, Paul and Marcos! They ain’t fakin ’, they got a whole lotta shippin’ goin’ on! Best little UPS store in Fort Worth, Texas and truly blessed. Thank you guys for all you do.

I will never use this medium as a parcel ever again, I have sent a package which never appeared and they now wash their hands saying that they can't do anything now and I am left with a debt for the cell phone that I sent by this means. I will never use this parcel again

I'm not from downtown and I don't go there ever really but today I found myself needing to to run down there to return a Amazon order. As soon as I realized where I was my anxiety set in and I was so frazzled. I pulled up in a parking spot and immediately asked a lady if she knew if the parking was free (my biggest fear when in downtown) she wasn't sure but helped me with the best she could. I quickly got out of my truck grabbed my things grabbed my son and headed inside the UPS store where there was one man standing in the front lobby that let me know I was in fact okay for the amount of time what I needed to do was going to take. The man behind the counter also assured me that I was okay there for the time it would take. I told them both thank you I let the man behind the counter know what I was therefore he took care of me instantly, all well both men are explaining to me what I can look for in that area when I do find myself needing to go down there to make sure that parking is for your not. I know that this is a really long and not completely relevant review, but everyone I encountered down there in a few minutes I was there were super helpful and made me feel better, and like I said the man took care of my Amazon return immediately and in seconds. I do believe there are still good people in the world.
