Christina Ross and her team were phenomenal. Super helpful, adjusted packaging to create efficiency for packing and costs. Greatly appreciated their kindness and helpfulness. This is a fantastic store. Been here multiple times in past, always a great experience.

I went recently to return a package and was not impressed with the service. It was extremely hot inside maybe because of the small space and the door opening up constantly. I understand they were busy and knew what they were doing but when I went up to the counter I was told not in the friendliest way by the attendant I had to email my authorization slip and address label to that store. She had an attitude and was a little impatient with customers. It’s very routine for the employees but a little empathy goes a long way for the customers. Employees should be helpful and accommodating to customers. Just her body language was very off putting.

I bring packages in about every two weeks. The first few times i gave Grace, I thought the employees were just having a bad day, or was extremely busy etc…. I dread being checked out by the elderly lady. She is so extremely rude. It’s very apparent she hates her job. Customer service in general is terrible here.

Reading other reviews and seeing the owner respond to similar comments from months ago tells me that nothing has been addressed with the customer service. Today was the last day I will ship anything from this store. My packages will go USPS.

Veronica, if I caught her name correctly, was extremely helpful with the pack and ship of a Peloton bike. We shipped 2 boxes and as soon as we can find a box large enough will ship the frame and wheel. A difficult transaction made as smooth as possible.

I read the reviews before I went to this place (when I was looking up the hours) and was expecting someone rude. To my pleasant surprise, all 3 ladies working today were busy helping customers and were polite. The lady who helped me was quick and efficient. Maybe yall got rid of the rude staff, either way, great service today!

Just left there and will never go back. 4: 35 pm, only two people in line. Lots of boxes, but hey it’s a shipping store. Employees seemed to be extremely annoyed by the boxes and even more annoyed by the size of my box. The lady on the right hand side with the dark hair was friendly and smiled. However, the woman helping me, blondish hair and glasses was less friendly than a pit viper. Literally threw a piece of paper down on the counter and went about to sticking my shipping label on my box. Then, she looked up at me after a few seconds and growled “there” while gesturing at the thing she threw on the counter. I said “what”, and again “there”. I said “are we done? ”. She said “yes”. I said “do you need my help with this big box? ”. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said “no”. I said thank you and got no reply. Hey UPS Store, why don’t you HIRE SOMEONE WHO WOULD BE GRATEFUL TO HAVE A JOB AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH A SLIVER OF DECENCY INSTEAD OF TREATING THEM LIKE THORNS IN HER SIDE? There are millions of Americans who are happy to come to work, are professional, friendly, helpful team players.

Terrible customer service every time I go in. I wish there was a location closer to me to avoid this one. I go out of my way to be pleasant to the employees and I’m met with this attitude of annoyance that I dare need to complete a transaction with them each time. There’s one older woman in particular that I’m hoping each time I’m waiting in line I don’t get. She makes rude remarks everytime making me feel dumb I don’t know some aspect of returning or mailing something.

If I purchase an item and they ship it to me in a bag, and I have to return it, and I have a pre paid UPS return label, why are you requiring me to purchase a box to put it in? It came in a bag, send it back in the same bag! If you don’t like your job, say “would you like fries with that” and go elsewhere! Hateful and completely unhelpful staff!

Terrible customer service. I had two large printing jobs to do. First off you can’t print yourself. So you have to wait on them to do it. Then I get the prints only to find out that the printer doesn’t collegiate. The service clerk knew that and still printed both copies out. So I spent the next 20 mins separating pages. Miserable customer service as she just watched me to the separating. Unbelievable.

The women who work here are amazing and polite. There is a man (Horst? Maybe is his name) who is incredibly inpatient and rude every single time I am in. If you don’t have your code immediately ready he will dismiss you and help the next person. I witnessed him answer a call in the middle of helping a woman (because there was a discrepancy on if she needed a box or not for her return through Amazon). Turned out she didn’t need one, like she had said in the first place, but it was only after he dismissed her to answer a call (lasting quite a while 5-10 minutes) that another employee helped the customer and got it figured out. He has the least amount of customer service I have ever seen (I have worked in food service and I am a nurse so I do customer service for a living). He should be doing something where he doesn’t have to work with people seeming as he is completely dismal at it. If I could review him alone, he would get negative stars on this rating.

Horrible experience. Had to return an exercise bike, approximately 75 pounds. I called in the early afternoon to make sure there would be someone there to help me get the box out of my vehicle and the lady I spoke to said, yes. When I arrived after work I went in with my shipping form and asked if someone could help me with the box. Some large guy handed me a dolly, said here you go and walked off. So, I went to the car with the dolly that all of a sudden started to unfold, slamming me in the shin. I then got to my vehicle, managed to slide the large box out on to the dolly and then pushed the dolly with the box into the store. Then the guy asks me where I want to put the box. I told him just give me the shipping label, so it becomes UPS's responsibility. The box was fully in tact when I walked out, hopefully it arrives at its destination fully in tact. If they were not going to help, I would have at least waited for my husband to get out of work and we would have gone together, but I was told someone would help. Handing me a dolly isn't my idea of "helping".

I would have gone to The Warehouse in Bonham if the item I returned to Amazon didn't have a Seller's Choice to only go to a UPS Store and not an Authorized Dealer. Hell, I would have driven to Anna, Texas, at least they have 4 stars. Either way, I am never going back to the Sherman, Texas UPS Store again. I will drive to Anna if I have to go to a UPS Store. Any location has to be more customer friendly than Sherman, Texas'.

Pretty much the same that everybody else has said. Rude, impatient, not very personable. Customer service horrible. I left, took my business to FedEx.

I have no idea where to start with this store. The lack of customer service and absolute rudeness of the employees is beyond me. The male employee is always rude and very direct. Today my code for Amazon wouldn’t load he took the lady behind me which I understand, but then disappeared and never returned. Another lady finally helped she was nice but 95 percent of the time it’s a bad experience. I have visited this store many times in the last 18 months since I moved to the area. I so wish there was another ups store close. I only visit for Amazon returns I wouldn’t ever chose to actually spend my money here.

I would give a zero if I could. The man working in this store was the MOST rude employee I have ever encountered! He also did it to another customer next to me. There is no reason to treat others the way I was treated. DO BETTER!

It won't let me post without clicking a star - but branch 3883 doesn't merit a star. I went in to send off a package and the two people that were at the counter were incredibly rude. Nobody acknowledged me (I was the only customer in the store) and the man stepped away and the woman just pointed at the scale and said put it there. I ended up taking my package back and I will go to fedex in the future. I am shocked that they are still in business with all the negative reviews. Don't waste your time and money - they don't care. The UPS Store needs to re-evaluate what this branch 3883 is doing to their image.
